The line graph details the proportion of the population in different age groups in
one city who attended music concerts from 2010 to 2015.
From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the percentage of the
participants among all age groups increased significantly throughout the period
except for those 55-64. Despite the top in the beginning year, 45-54 was the
second most popular while 16-24 saw a gradual increase, reaching its peak.
However, people over 75 had the lowest interest in music concerts.
Sample
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that all ages showed
increasing trends except for 55-64 and that younger people tended to go to
concerts more often.

The line graph illustrates the number of tourists visiting a Caribbean island
increased from 2010 to 2017.
Overall, the number of visitors to the Caribbean island was high in terms of
total, reaching considerably top. Although visitors staying on the island showed
noticeably lower figures than those staying on cruise ships, it overtook by the
end of the period. Visitors on cruise ships remained the least popular.
Sample
The line graph details the total number of tourists, as well as where they stayed,
going to a given Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017.
Overall, total tourists rose considerably, and those staying on cruise ships
increased in particular, overtaking staying on the island itself, which underwent
a more moderate increase.

trend while those for China and the Middle East experienced a steady rise.
Despite a great drop the US tended to be most popular throughout, but Western
Europe and Japan declined noticeably, becoming the least popular by 2030.
Sample
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that despite the US
consuming the most oil throughout, this is projected to fall dramatically.
Western Europe and Japan’s numbers will continue to decline to become the
lowest by the end of the period while consumption will increase steadily in the
Middle East and China.

countries, remaining relatively unchanged while those in German and the USA
rose slightly. The USA remained the least popular throughout the period.
Sample
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the USA
imported by far the least despite a small upwards trend, while Japan (in decline)
imported the most. France was stable overall and tied for most imports by the
end and Germany rose marginally.
5. =====

UK showed the lowest percentage by the end of the period despite being the
most popular in the beginning year. Other increased dramatically and Asia
experienced a significant rise, becoming the second most popular by the end of
the year.
Sample

others and, in particular, Asians. Total numbers also rose overall.
6. =====
Overall, the number of incidents of burglary declined considerably despite the
most popular at the beginning of the period while car theft remained relatively
unchanged. Despite a slight rise, robbery was the lowest figure throughout the
period.

declined dramatically and were replaced as the most common crime by car
thefts, which fell slightly overall. Robberies were least common throughout yet
also rose marginally.
7. =====

production throughout. Despite being the lowest figure in the production of
wood pulp, it became the second most popular by 2000. Sawn-wood
experienced a dramatic drop, being the least common production.
Sample
The line chart displays data concerning production from the forest industry in
the UK from 1980 to 2000. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily
apparent that paper and packaging not only accounted for the most production
throughout but also increased most significantly. Production of wood pulp fell
slightly but overtook sawn-wood, which dropped steadily, by the end of the
period.

The line graph illustrates the average percentage of different ages who attended
the cinema in the UK, showing an increase between 2000 and 2011.
Overall, the percentage of attendance in all different age groups showed an
increasing trend, especially 15-24, which became dominant throughout the
years while 7-14 and 25-35 rose moderately without overtaking. Despite being a
rise, 35 and cover became the lowest percentage throughout the period.
Sample
The line chart details figures for cinema attendance across various age demographics in the
United States between 2000 and 2011. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent
that attendance increased for all groups, with younger people, especially teenagers and young
adults, watching movies the most often. As people got older, they tended to go to the cinema
less frequently.

number. Requests for data by telephone increased marginally but they remained
the second most common means. However, appeals for data by email and letters
decreased dramatically, becoming the least popular option by the of the period.
Sample
The line chart details the frequency of requests in person, by letter/email, and by telephone at a
UK tourist office in the first 6 months of a given year. Looking from an overall perspective, it is

period, overtaking telephone, which also rose. Information requests by email and letter declined
and were by far the least frequent by the end of the time surveyed.

which remained relatively unchanged, becoming the second most common
option. The patients at the eye clinic showed a significant rise and were by far
the most popular while diabetic and dental clinics had the lowest number of
patients, especially the latter, which became the least popular by the end of the
period.
Sample
The line graph compares the average visitation figures for patients in four categories who went to
clinics at a specific hospital weekly between 2010 and 2016. In general, it is noticeable that the
number of patients at the four clinics increased for all types of visits except for birth control which
was unchanged overall. The figure for eye issues became the most common over the period,
overtaking birth control, while visits for diabetic and dental reasons were lower throughout.
The chart details exports of expenditures for five major categories in four different countries in the
year 2009.

especially in the US which was the most popular exporter while Japan became dominant in terms of
food shares. Transportation in Canada was significant, in contrast, healthcare and clothing were the

typical. Emigration was similarly focused on work (non-definite work being more prevalent) but
formal study was a less likely reason and less defined reasons were more common.

these top salaries took more time. Although Korea and Japan were slightly lower than Luxemburg in
terms of wage, they demanded more time. In contrast, salaries in Australia and Denmark started
significantly higher than Korea and Japan, despite being lower annually and maximum salary, they
required the least years to reach top wages
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that teachers in Luxembourg generally
earned the highest salaries though, similar to Korea and Japan, it required a long time to reach
one’s maximum salary. In contrast, salaries in the other nations were comparable with Australia
and Denmark requiring notably little time to top salaries..
Overall, the most common family composition of households in poverty have single women with no
dependent children, followed by single women with dependent children, married women with
dependent children, and married women with no dependent children. Poverty rates for women in

Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the majority of women in poverty
are single without children, followed by single with children, and much more distantly by married
women with or without offspring. In terms of gender and age, younger people and women were
more likely to be in poverty, particularly female young adults and the elderly.

the same people in poverty line in Utah shown the lowest percentage than other states.
