INTRODUCTION:

Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or just want to enjoy a casual dining experience with
friends or family, Sassy's Grill and Restaurant is the right place for you, a delightful dining spot located on
Borja Kaimo Street, conveniently near the Montery Meat Shop. This eatery stands out for its vibrant
atmosphere and its commitment to serving delicious, satisfying meals.

SASSY'S GRILL AND RESTAURANT Levels of Diversity:

What level of diversity do they have?

-Surface level diversity is present within the establishment, wherein they have teen workers, older
workers and also have senior workers for their catering services back up. they also have staffs that are
members of the LGBTQ community. Diverse body types are also seen within the facility wherein there
are thin and thick workers.

Types of workplace discrimination: What types are present?

- Actually, there's no workplace discrimination within the establishment, as long as you do your job
properly and exert effort within the field of your expertise.

Differentiating characteristics: What is the organization’s composition in terms of biographical and deep-
level characteristics, and abilities?

- Diverse characteristics are seen within the workers field in Sassy's grill and restaurant, and take note,
not only in this establishment, but also in all work fields. But hot-tempered personalities, much calmer
and not to mention the babbly or the one that makes everyone laugh are present in the establishment.
Diversity strategies and approaches: What strategies/approaches did they develop to address diversity
issues? Cite example/s that they have been successful with it.

- Accepting one's flaw as long as they don't repeat the same mistake is their main approach for every
worker in SASSY'S grill and restaurant. Through this, it's the main fuel for their successful walk in this
industry through-out their 12 years run since then.
