Registration Fee
Conference
◆ Registration Fee: Indian delegates: INR 7000/- (including 18% GST)
◆ Registration Fee: Foreign delegates: INR 10500/- (including 18% GST)
Registration fee includes conference kit, lunch, tea, coffee, snacks served during all days (September 25-27, 2025) of the conference.
Workshops
◆ Two pre-conference workshops are planned, with topics to be announced on the conference website.
◆ Registration Fee: INR 1000/- per workshop.
◆ Participants intending to register for one or both workshops must make the payment accordingly.
Accommodation
Accommodation in nearby Guesthouses and hotels at specially negotiated rates has been arranged on payment basis. For the
details, please visit the conference website. The payment towards the accommodation along with registration fee has to be paid
using the online payment portal.
Conveyance
Arrangements will be made to pick up and drop the participants from these hotels/guest houses to the venue on all three days of the
conference. Delegates will have to make their own arrangements for reaching or returning from the hotels/guest houses from & to
