JAG How to Order Guide

1. How to Log In
Access the Bizwear online ordering site https://jag.bizwear.com.au

a. Enter your Employee Code and Password on the Login page.

o Your Employee Code is your Humanforce employee code

o Your initial Password is your date of birth DD/MM/YYYY i.e., 03/12/1982

b. Click on the ‘Login’ button to continue.

2. Reset Your Password
a. In order to protect your account, you will need to reset your password the first time you sign in.

o Please note your new password must contain:

▪ at least 8 characters

▪ at least 1 uppercase and 1 lower case letter (A-Z)

▪ at least 1 numeric number (0-9)

b. Click on the ‘Reset Password’ button to continue.

c. The below message will appear once your password has been successfully updated.

d. Click on the ‘Click to Continue’ button to continue.

3. Forgot Password
a. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Login page.

link.

b. Enter your Employee Code.

o Your Employee Code is your Humanforce employee code

c. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to continue.

d. The below message will appear.

e. A ‘Bizwear Forgot Password Link’ email will be sent to your email address

f. Click on the ‘Reset Your Password’ link within the email, which will direct you to the below screen.
g. Input a new password, remembering it must contain:

o at least 8 characters

o at least 1 uppercase and 1 lower case letter (A-Z)

o at least 1 numeric number (0-9)

Password requirements:
▪ At least 8 characters in

Click on the ‘Reset Password’


button to continue.

h. The below message will appear once your password has been successfully updated.

4. How to Place an Initial Allocation / New Starter Allocation Order
a. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the home page.

b. Click on the ‘Begin’ button to continue.

c. All garments available for you to order will be displayed. Information regarding your quantity allocation can be found in
the top right hand orange box.

d. Click on the style you wish to order

e. Sizing guides are available online by clicking the ‘View Size Chart’ link and are unique per style. Please ensure you refer
to the sizing charts and details provided on fit to help you order the correct size.
f. Once you have selected the style you wish to order, use the drop-down boxes to input your selected size and quantity.

g. Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add your selection.

h. Repeat steps f and g (if necessary) until you have added all allocation items you are entitled to into your cart

Features of Garments

Size Chart

i. Once you have added your garments to your cart, you will be directed to review your shopping cart.

j. You may amend your selection/s by clicking on the ‘Edit’ image.

k. Using the drop-down boxes, here you can amend your selected size and quantity initially selected.

l. Click on the ‘Update Cart’ button to continue.


m. Once you are happy with your cart selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button to continue.

if correct, click on the ‘Checkout’
button to continue.

n. You will not be able to proceed until all garment quantities have been ordered (see orange box in the initial Rollout /
New Starter page – step c)

o. Input a valid personal email address and check that your employee and site delivery details are correct. Note you can
choose to have the order delivered to your service or another delivery address, by clicking on the delivery method drop
down box.
* at time of uniform launch, if you are a permanent employee your delivery address will be your service address. If
you are a casual employee this will be delivered to either your selected address or selected service.

p. Click on the ‘Submit Order’ button to finalise and place your order.

q. Upon completion of the order, a confirmation email will be sent to your personal email address with the order number
and details of the order.

Keep note of your Bizwear Order


Number.

The payment method ‘Account’


means that the order will be
charged to JAG and not the team
member.

Special Make Orders: If you require a smaller or larger polo, custom orders can be arranged for team
members and information on how to do this is available via the special make tab online. Please use the
menu on the left of the Bizwear ordering page and select the ‘special make’ button.

5. How to Place a Self-Purchase Order


a. Once you have placed your new starter allocation, you will be able to self-purchase garments.

b. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the home page.

c. Click on the ‘Self-Purchase’ button to continue.

h. The below pop-up message will appear. If you would like to order more items, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button
and repeat steps d-g until all items have been added to your cart.

i. If you are ready to checkout, click on the ‘View Cart’ button to review your cart.

j. Once you are happy with your cart selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button to continue.

k. Input a valid personal email address and check that your employee and delivery details are correct.

l. Note a $11.00 inc. GST freight fee will apply to all orders.

m. Select Pay by Credit/Debit Card and follow the prompts to finalise the order.

o Note you will be charged at time of ordering, regardless of stock availability and delivery timeframe

6. Returns and Exchanges
a. Any returns due to incorrect sizing should be returned to Bizwear for a size exchange within 14 days of receiving the
order. Items must be returned unworn and in a ‘fit for sale’ condition with all original packaging.

b. Click on the left-hand menu bar on the Bizwear ordering site and click on the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ link to download
and complete the Exchange Form available.

c. Securely package your item/s in your own protective packaging (reduce waste and reuse your Bizwear satchel or box,
ensuring you remove any existing labelling). The return or exchange of any garments is at the expense of the employee.
7. How to Check Order History/Status
a. Click on the left-hand menu bar on the Bizwear ordering site and click on the ‘Order History’ link to view past order
details.

b. Click in the ‘Ordered Since’ box and select the date order was placed.

c. Click the ‘Search’ button.

d. Click on the actual Order Number to see further details.

Note you cannot currently track your order however you can view the status of your order.

o Shipped - all item/s have been despatched from your order

o Part shipped – 1 or more items have been despatched from your order. Some items are still on back order/yet
to be despatched.

o Open - no items have been despatched. Your item/s may be allocated to stock or on back order.

o Despatched – all items on your order have been despatched.

e. Click the ‘x’ button to close this window and go back to order history page.

Returns and Exchanges


Custom orders can be arranged for team members and information on how to do this is available via the special make tab
online. Please use the menu on the left of the Bizwear ordering page and select the ‘special make’ button.
