1. How to Log In
Access the Bizwear online ordering site https://jag.bizwear.com.au
▪ at least 8 characters
Password requirements:
▪ At least 8 characters in
length
▪ At least 1 uppercase and 1
lower case letter
▪ At least 1 numeric number
c. The below message will appear once your password has been successfully updated.
e. A ‘Bizwear Forgot Password Link’ email will be sent to your email address
f. Click on the ‘Reset Your Password’ link within the email, which will direct you to the below screen.
g. Input a new password, remembering it must contain:
o at least 8 characters

h. The below message will appear once your password has been successfully updated.
c. All garments available for you to order will be displayed. Information regarding your quantity allocation can be found in
the top right hand orange box.
e. Sizing guides are available online by clicking the ‘View Size Chart’ link and are unique per style. Please ensure you refer
to the sizing charts and details provided on fit to help you order the correct size.
f. Once you have selected the style you wish to order, use the drop-down boxes to input your selected size and quantity.
h. Repeat steps f and g (if necessary) until you have added all allocation items you are entitled to into your cart
Features of Garments
Size Chart
i. Once you have added your garments to your cart, you will be directed to review your shopping cart.
n. You will not be able to proceed until all garment quantities have been ordered (see orange box in the initial Rollout /
New Starter page – step c)
o. Input a valid personal email address and check that your employee and site delivery details are correct. Note you can
choose to have the order delivered to your service or another delivery address, by clicking on the delivery method drop
down box.
* at time of uniform launch, if you are a permanent employee your delivery address will be your service address. If
you are a casual employee this will be delivered to either your selected address or selected service.
p. Click on the ‘Submit Order’ button to finalise and place your order.
Special Make Orders: If you require a smaller or larger polo, custom orders can be arranged for team
members and information on how to do this is available via the special make tab online. Please use the
menu on the left of the Bizwear ordering page and select the ‘special make’ button.
b. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the home page.
e. Sizing guides are available online by clicking the ‘View Size Chart’ link and are unique per style. Please ensure you refer
to the sizing charts and details provided on fit to help you order the correct size and style.
f. Use the drop-down boxes to input your selected size and quantity.
h. The below pop-up message will appear. If you would like to order more items, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button
and repeat steps d-g until all items have been added to your cart.
i. If you are ready to checkout, click on the ‘View Cart’ button to review your cart.
j. Once you are happy with your cart selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button to continue.
Review the items in your cart and
if correct, click on the ‘Checkout’
button to continue.
k. Input a valid personal email address and check that your employee and delivery details are correct.
l. Note a $11.00 inc. GST freight fee will apply to all orders.
m. Select Pay by Credit/Debit Card and follow the prompts to finalise the order.
o Note you will be charged at time of ordering, regardless of stock availability and delivery timeframe
b. Click on the left-hand menu bar on the Bizwear ordering site and click on the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ link to download
and complete the Exchange Form available.
c. Securely package your item/s in your own protective packaging (reduce waste and reuse your Bizwear satchel or box,
ensuring you remove any existing labelling). The return or exchange of any garments is at the expense of the employee.
7. How to Check Order History/Status
a. Click on the left-hand menu bar on the Bizwear ordering site and click on the ‘Order History’ link to view past order
details.
b. Click in the ‘Ordered Since’ box and select the date order was placed.
o Part shipped – 1 or more items have been despatched from your order. Some items are still on back order/yet
to be despatched.
o Open - no items have been despatched. Your item/s may be allocated to stock or on back order.
e. Click the ‘x’ button to close this window and go back to order history page.
