Welcome Kit of Amadeus Selling Platform Activation

Dear Subscriber

Welcome to Amadeus !

This document is to give you complete insight of Amadeus Selling Platform self-activation process.

The activation mail which you have received along with this document is having your User ID, Login
ID, Office ID and Sign details as shown below,

Step 1:- Amadeus Selling Platform Connect Activation

Click on “Activate my account” link as shown on email body which will divert you on our
Amadeus Logon and Security Server to set your password, set your desired password with
minimum 8 character with Alfa numeric combination

Once you put your desire password in “New Password” and “Confirmation” and
Submit you will receive another mail on your email
Step 2:- Amadeus Selling Platform Connect Password confirmation

Open your mail box and search for password confirmation email as per below sample, click
on the below link to confirm your password which you have just set

Type same password here and click on confirm.

After putting your confirm password it will take 2 hours to active Amadeus Selling
Platform

Step 3:- Digital DNA Plugin Installation

Your Amadeus Selling Platform Login ID is activated and now we have to register
Your device (Computer System) to use, Amadeus Selling Platform works on Two Factor
Authentication mechanism to ensure upmost security, Amadeus Selling Platform will be
access with two authentications first is your Login ID and Password and second is your
register device, if this two combination match then only user will get Amadeus Selling
Platform access.
To Register your device download “Digital DNA plugin” thru below given link
https://www.accounts.amadeus.com/LoginService/ddna/plugins/win32/DigitalDNA.msi

On clicking link it will start downloading plugin as shown below in your Brower

Once the download completed double click on downloaded .MSI file so that below
Installation program start, here click on next “”

Select check box shown below and click on Next “”

Select “Anyone who uses this computer” and click on Next “”


Click on “Install “and wait. If prompting Yes Or No then select “Yes”

If you get below error then just click on “Ignore”


Click on “Finish”

This will complete DDNA Plug-in installation on the System from which user wants to access
SECO.

Step 4:-Device Registration on Digital DNA

Once Digital DNA plugin installed we can register device to use Amadeus Selling Platform at
the time Login 1st time, Please note this is one time activity so registration process to be
done only at the 1st time login
Below is your Amadeus Selling Platform link to access, Click on that

Enter your Login ID which you received from our activation email and password which you
set at the time of activation, Note use Login ID and not User ID here

Once click on Sign-IN It will ask for OTP (One time password) to register Device (System) on
Digital DNA, OTP will be deliver on Agency Local Security Manager’s registered Mobile
number. User has to enter OTP in “One Time password” column and Amadeus password
again and click on “Sign in” button.
With this 1st time Amadeus Selling Platform login your device will be automatically
registered on Digital DDNA server and on next login this will not asked.

After Amadeus Selling Platform Login Your Login ID and Office ID will be reflected as
highlighted below, Now you may start booking!
