Start Date: The participant is responsible for fulfilling this employment offer starting from this Start Date. Failure to arrive to your
worksite, check-in with ASSE ASPIRE, and report to your employer by this date will result in the termination of the job
offer.
End Date: The participant is responsible for fulfilling this employment offer ending no earlier than this End Date. Failure to stay
with your employer until this end date, or leaving this employment without written authorization from ASSE ASPIRE,
will result in the termination of your program. This date must correspond to the Program End Date on the student’s DS
2019 Form.

By signing below, I certify that the above information is true and correct and I agree to offer the J-1 participant listed above a seasonal job for the duration of time listed
above. IF ANY OF THE DETAILS ABOVE SHOULD CHANGE, I WILL NOTIFY ASSE ASPIRE IMMEDIATELY. I acknowledge that the compensation, benefits, and duties given
to the J-1 participant in this employment offer are commensurate with those of the company’s USA employee counterparts as well as meet Federal, State, and local
employment standards. I agree that the participant may commence his/her employment on the program begin date specified in this form not with-standing the
participant having yet secured a Social Security Number. As outlined in 26CFR37 6011 (b)-2 of the US International Revenue Code, I understand that it is legal to hire
and pay workers who do not have a Social Security Number, but can show proof of having filed an application for the Number. I also understand that the DS-2019 and
I-94 program forms prove work authorization. If housing is provided to participants, housing will be suitable, reasonable in cost and affordable, meet or exceed all
housing laws/regulations, and be convenient to the job site. If at any time the J-1 participant fails to meet the conditions specified in this employment offer, or fails to
abide by the Employer’s company guidelines and regulations, the Employer reserves the right to terminate the participant’s employment.

I understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following: Once I have accepted this employment offer, I am committed to arrive at my place of employment at the program
start date as listed above and to work through the program end date as listed above. The Employer is an employer “at will” and may terminate my employment, with
or without cause and with or without notice, at any time before or after I commence employment. Hours of work are subject to change and depend on seasonality,
weather conditions, and economic effect. Duties and responsibilities may change during the period of my employment at the sole discretion of the employer. In addition,
I will work for a period that will not exceed the end date on my DS-2019 form. I meet the requirements for employment as stated in the employment offer. I understand
that I cannot travel to the USA and begin my program until ASSE ASPIRE confirms secured housing. I will adhere to all of the Department of State regulations and ASSE
ASPIRE rules regarding employment and program participation. If I change jobs without receiving prior written authorization from ASSE ASPIRE, or if I violate other
program rules, ASSE ASPIRE may terminate my program and I will be required to return home. Such termination may prevent me from receiving a future US Visa I am
responsible to advise ASSE ASPIRE of my health, wellbeing, and location during my program. Once my program participation has begun and upon arrival in the USA, I
understand that no refunds will be granted.
