testing, agile development, test-driven development, or domain-specific languages

What awaits you?

Being passionate about low-level software, you will develop device drivers
and work on the low-level software architecture on a variety of
microcontrollers for our next generation of central Electronic Control Units
(ECU).
You will work together with software architecture, functional safety and
electrical engineering.
In your daily work, you will find yourself in an international and
interdisciplinary environment and collaborate intensively with our high-tech
industry partners.
You will enable the software stack for new hardware generations and define
with our partners the details of the hardware ECU platform.
You will work in a networked manner and independently coordinate your
activities with your contacts.

What you should bring along?

A university degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a

comparable course of study or a comparable qualification.
Strong proficiency in C++ and software development best practices.
Experience and strong knowledge in Board Support Packages (BSP) and
driver development for embedded systems, preferably in automotive context
with classic AUTOSAR.
In-depth knowledge of RTOS and CPU architectures like ARM or Tricore
required.
Experience with automotive bus systems (e. g. Ethernet, CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI).
Experience and strong knowledge in hardware debuggers (preferably
trace32), oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Experience in developing and integrating software platforms for embedded
devices would be advantageous.
Familiarity with hardware bring up.
Knowledge in automotive ethernet switches is beneficial.
Knowledge in scripting languages (e. g. Python) would be advantageous.
