over the supply air temperature and direction, thereby reducing energy
consumption.
Optimal system configurations and efficient refrigeration coil pipes ensure efficient heat
exchange.
The variable-frequency temperature control algorithm enables quick response to load
changes and precise temperature control to conserve energy. The variable-frequency
smart cooling product consumes 30% less energy when compared with a
constant-frequency one.
Fans support variable-frequency start, which lowers the start current and prevents shock
on the power grid and other equipment connecting to the power grid.
A wet film humidifier consumes at least 90% less energy when compared with a
conventional humidifier because energy consumption of a wet film humidifier comes
only from the water pump.
The smart cooling products are connected over the FE port and networked through the
MAC protocol bus to achieve teamwork control, which effectively saves energy.
High Reliability
The DC variable-frequency smart cooling product greatly reduces the number of startup
and shutdown times, reducing component failures and extending the lifespan of key
components.
The electronic expansion valve is used, allowing rapid and precise adjustment of the
refrigerant volume based on the temperature and humidity requirements and improving
system stability. A backup power module is provided to close the electronic expansion
valve when the system experiences a power failure.
The Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) electric heater provides dual protection
functions: automatic reset and auto-recovery disabling.
The smart cooling product provides the dehumidification function to maintain the
humidity in cold aisles in the range of 20%–80% at low loads (10% load at least) in a
high humidity environment.
The smart cooling product features 6 kV surge protection design, providing high surge
protection reliability.
High Compatibility
The smart cooling product can be rack-mounted, significantly reducing the footprint
required for the cooling system. Only 11 U height space in the Converged Cabinet is
occupied.
Both the refrigerant pipes and water pipes can be routed from the top or bottom.
Heating and humidification functions are optional.
Intelligent Monitoring
Users can monitor and configure parameters for the cooling system on the monitoring
unit.
T/H sensors are cascaded using RJ12 ports, connected to the smart cooling product
control unit, and detect temperature and humidity in real time over Modbus.
Exterior
Components
The indoor unit consists of the EC(Electronic Commutation) fan, evaporator, electronic
expansion valve, electric heater (optional), wet film humidifier (optional), light load
dehumidifier, and condensate pump.
EC fan
EC fans that support stepless speed adjustment are used, reducing energy consumption of
loads in overtemperature scenarios.
Evaporator
The highly efficient V-shaped evaporator together with the light load dehumidification
design are used. After entering the light load dehumidification mode, the smart cooling
product automatically closes the dehumidification solenoid valve to lower the
evaporating temperature and increase the dehumidification capacity. This mode
addresses the requirements for effectively controlling the equipment room temperature
and humidity in low load and high humidity application scenarios.
Electronic expansion valve
The throttling equipment is a name brand electronic expansion valve. The system
controls the electronic expansion valve to quickly and accurately adjust the refrigerant
volume based on the temperature and humidity requirements. In this way, system
stability and reliability can be ensured, and balanced temperature and humidity can be
achieved in the equipment room.
Electric heater
The PTC electric heater features quick start, large heating capacity, and balanced heat
dissipation. It automatically adjusts heating capacity and provides two protection
mechanisms to ensure the secure and stable running of the equipment.
Wet film humidifier
The wet film evaporation cooling technology is used for cooling to reduce energy
consumption and maintenance costs. Cyclic humidification can save water.
Light load dehumidifier
The smart cooling product provides the dehumidification function to maintain the
humidity in cold aisles in the range of 20%–80% at low loads (10% load at least) in a
high humidity environment.
Condensate pump
The condensate pump uses materials with high temperature resistance to ensure that
condensate water can be drained smoothly in various application scenarios. The water
pump has a lift of 4 meters and uses double liquid level detectors, providing high
reliability. Alarms indicating abnormal water drainage can be uploaded to the monitoring
unit, and audible and visual alarms can be generated.
Exterior
Components
The outdoor unit consists of the DC variable-frequency compressor, oil separator,
vapor-liquid separator, filter dryer, and DC fan.
Compressor
DC variable-frequency compressors which provide 20%–100% stepless cooling capacity
adjustments for common–temperature models respectively.
Oil separator
Separates the lubricant brought out due to exhaustion of the compressor and brings back
the separated lubricant to the compressor.
Gas-liquid separator
A vapor-liquid separator is installed at the upper end of a compressor to ensure the
compressor reliability.
Filter dryer
The filter dryer drains the water in the refrigerant pipes and filters out foreign matter,
which reduces the probability of damage to the components and ensures the efficient and
reliable operating. It is installed in the outdoor unit and easy to maintain.
Fan
The DC axial fan is used, which supports stepless speed adjustment.
Main Functions
Single unit control: When only one unit is running, the controller provides logic control
over components in the unit to meet the indoor temperature and humidity requirements.

4 GND
If the battery string is configured with the neutral wire, measure the currents of the positive and
negative battery string cables. If the battery string is not configured with the neutral wire, measure
the current of either the positive or negative battery string cable. The following uses the scenario
where the battery string is configured with the neutral wire as an example.
When an iBOX manages multiple battery strings, first connect the Hall effect sensors on the positive
and negative cables of battery string 1 respectively to the corresponding ports on the iBOX. Then
connect the Hall effect sensors on battery string 2 to the iBOX in the same way, and so on.
If the positive or negative battery string cable is too thick to be routed through the Hall effect sensor,
or the measurement range of the Hall effect sensor is not enough, use multiple Hall effect sensors to
monitor the current of one battery string. The iBOX supports the sum of the monitoring results of
multiple Hall effect sensors, which is set through Multi-Hall cur. setting.
The value of Multi-Hall cur. setting equals the number of positive or negative Hall effect sensors in
a single battery string and should be greater than or equal to 1.

The Smart Module provides class C SPDs in standard configuration, and 32 A SPDs are
configured on the upstream side.
If the power cable to the smart cooling product outdoor unit needs to be routed through
the rooftop, it is recommended that the cable be routed through metal pipes or metal
cable troughs. The metal pipes or metal cable troughs should have good electrical contact
and be grounded at both ends.
The SPD connection conductors should be short (within 0.15 m) and straight. The SPD
power cable uses copper wires with the minimum cross-sectional area of 10 mm2. The
SPD ground cable uses copper wires with the cross-sectional area of at least 16 mm2.
The AC input power is from the upstream power distribution system. The cross-sectional areas of
ground cables are determined according to IEC 60364-5-54.
Cabinet Grounding
Metal components and parts of cabinets are properly connected. A structural connection
area is protected and applied with antioxidants. An area protected with painting should
ensure proper metal surface contact for two connected components. The DC resistance is
within 0.1 ohm between any two connected metal components. Use a ground cable to
connect two metal components that cannot be directly connected, such as cabinets and
cabinet doors. A cable for connecting these two metal components has a minimum
cross-sectional area of 6 mm2.
A ground bar or general ground point is provided in each cabinet for equipment
grounding. These ground bars are not insulated.
A ground terminal is larger than or equal to M8 in dimensions. A yellow ground label
