This Memorandum of Understanding is between 180 Degrees Consulting Dyal Singh College(Evening &
Morning) and Vividh Garg.

Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to identify the roles and responsibilities of both parties involved. This
will minimize confusion and will improve the workflow process of both parties.

Roles and Responsibilities


Vividh Garg’s roles and responsibilities :

Mentor will provide support in strategic decision-making during consulting projects.


Mentor will actively participate in the core team recruitment process.
Mentor will offer feedback on monthly progress reports.
Mentor will be in attendance during important events such as orientation days and our
annual event, Case 180.

180 Degrees consulting Dyal Singh College(E&M)’s roles and responsibilities :

Safeguard sensitive information shared by mentors and maintain a high level of


confidentiality.
Reach out to mentors in cases of emergency and maintain a clear communication.
Be professional while approaching and maintain basic conversational etiquettes.
Ensure that mentorship activities align with the organization's mission and goals,
fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.
Time-frame
The effectivity date of this memorandum of understanding will start on 21st October 2023 and will end on
21st April 2024.

The mentor has to serve for a minimum period of 6 months.


In between the tenure, if the mentor wants to quit , he/she should tell us beforehand for an easy off-
boarding.

Confidentiality
All information in this document is strictly confidential.
