Prerequisites Document
Place all documents & app in teams (Market validation Microsoft) for each app.

Market Validation Microsoft

1. Update GRP BC Apps Folder (Teams) with following items:


a. Offer Description
b. Screenshots
c. Online Help
d. BC App
e. User Scenario Documentation

Microsoft Partner Center


Must have access to Microsoft Partner Center -> Marketplace offers

Overview | Marketplace offers | Partner Center (microsoft.com)


Go to Marketplace offers -> New offer then click Business Central

Enter Offer ID & Offer alias then create.

Offer Setup
click the Add in & Free trail
Enter Storage account connection string for Azure table.
We need to get id from azure portal then select Azure table.
Properties -> click Category & Subcategory, Industries, App version, Legal

Click the Industry

Enter app version & Legal document or provide the link.

Offer Listing
Enter the below details
• App Name
• Description
• Support Contact information
• Screen shots Min 3 & Max 5
• Logo
Description is mandatory.

Enter Support Contacts


Support documents

From team available support documents

After upload then enter name


Upload logo
Get the logo from team
Upload Screen shot Min 3 & Max 5 & after upload then enter Name using edit

Note: Screen shot name should not have any space or special character
Availability
Market -Edit Market then select the Language other than English. Hide key need to enter.
Technical Information
Need to upload the app
Supplemental Content ->
Upload User Scenario & Test app.

Save draft & Review & Publish


Final the overview
While publishing the 3rd stage, it will ask Go Live, just confirm the message.

Re-submit Certification process


Microsoft Partner Center
Must have access to Microsoft Partner Center.
Login partner here we can see all existing published apps

Then select the which app you want to republish.


By default, we can see Offer overview.
1. Offer setup -> No need to do any changes.
2. Go to the Properties then change the version. then save draft.

3. Offer Listing
a. change the description if required.
b. Add/modify screenshots if required.
4. Technical Information -> remove the old version then add the new version.
5. Supplemental content - > upload User scenario document & Test app then
save and draft.

6. Review and Publish

e. User Scenario Documentation
2. Input required during certification
3. Video
a. Base App certification walkthrough part 1.mp4

c. Base App certification walkthrough part 3.mp4
