1.1.INTRODUCTION TO SYSTEM
This project is aimed at developing a Web application that depicts online management of
saloon parlour. This software help website admin to see all detail in brief like total
number of customer, Total number of appointment, Rejected Appointment, Accepted
Appointment, Total Services, This software helps user to take appointment with beauty
parlor on particular date and time. User views the services which are offer by beauty

1.2 COMPANY PROFILE

Firm Name : Viraj Tours And Travel

Email Id: [email protected]

Owner Name: Mr. Aniket Thorat.

Phone Number: 9172921597.

Manger:Aniket Thorat.
Address: “Sangamner loni Rode Vadgon Sangamner, Maharashtra 422605 “

1.1Motivation-
• Provide better services to client.
• The objective of the project is to develop a system that

automates the processes and activities of a tourism

agency.

• Provide meaningful, consistent and timely data and

information to the management.
• We can easily find out the record of the client.

1.2Problem Statement-
• The existing system is a manual system. Here the
agency needs to save his information in the form .
• The manual system gives us very less security for
saving data , some data may be lost due to
mismanagement. Searching for particular information is
very critical; it takes a lot of time.
• It consumes more time, and involves more risk and it
requires more human power .There may be a chance of
missing, & getting confused. The order is taken by
telephone calls & some by emails ,so maintain all
records becomes a difficult task.
• Due to the manual system ,the firm faces some of the
following problems:
• Difficult to search details.
• Very less security for saving data.
• Time Consuming.
• Information Mishandling.

1.3Objectives-
• The objective of the project is to develop a system that
automates the processes and activities of a tourism
agency.

• To explore the problems encountered in the

management of the existing manual tourism system.

• To design a web based system that will make

information more detailed, effective, and accurate, and
ease the delay hitherto encountered with the existing
manual system.

• The purpose is to build a system that performs all

operations related to package and booking etc.

• This system connects customers and agents directly,

provides a feedback mechanism for tourists, maintains
and controls the database of tourists’ information, and
gives a variety of travel services..

2.System Analysis

2.1Existing System:
In the present system a customer has to approach various agencies
to find details of places and to book tickets. This often requires a lot of
time and effort. A customer may not get the desired information from
these offices and often the customer may be misguided. It is tedious
for a customer to plan a particular journey and have it executed
properly.

• More man power.

• Time consuming.
• Consumes large volume of paper work.
• Needs manual calculation.

2.2Project Perspective, Features-

• User friendly booking option.
• Easy payment option.
• Store user profile data.
• Easy to handle by anyone.
• Provides security to user data.

3.Fact FindingTechnique
To study any system the analyst need to do collect fact and all
relevant information. The fact when express in quantities termed as data.
The success of any project independent upon the accuracy of available
data accurate information can be collected with the help of certain method
or techniques this specific method of finding information of the system
are term as fact finding techniques. Interview, questionnaire, record view
and observation are the different fact finding technique used by the
analyst the analyst may use more than one technique for investigation.

A.
Record
Review
. B.
Observ
ation.

A: Record Review: -
The information related to the system is published in the source Like
Newspaper Journals document,, etc this record view helps the analyst
to get valuable about the system and the organization.

B: Observation: --
Unlike the other fact finding techniques, in this method the analyst
himself visit the organization and observation and understand the
flow of documents, working of the existing system the user of the
system etc for this method to be adapted it takes and analyst to perform
this job as he knows which points should be noticed and highlighted.
In analyst may observes the ban wanted things as well and simply
cause delay in the development of the new system.

4.Feasibility Study
Preliminary investigation examines project feasibility, the
likelihood the system will be useful to the organization. The main
objective of the feasibility study is to test the Technical, Operational
and Economical feasibility for adding new modules and debugging
old running system. All systems are feasible if they are given unlimited
resources and infinite time. There are aspects in the feasibility study
portion of the preliminary investigation:
There are three types of feasibility study:-

➢ Technical Feasibility.
➢ Economical Feasibility.
➢ Operational Feasibility.
4.1Technical feasibility study-
-This developed system has technically feasible because the
technology needed for the proposed system is available i.e. php
software, ph editors are easily available.
-The proposed system is integrated within the organization is easy.
-The proposed system needs no new equipment installed at the user
end - Technically this system in very much safe and sound. The
system does not need extra hard ware to run the given project.

4.2Economic feasibility study-

The proposed system is economically feasible because The cost of
the project is not more at organization level. If the organization has to
be identify the financial benefits and cost associated with the
development of project is big difference then the project will more
feasible.

4.3Operational feasibility study-

This system is very much user friendly so user of the system can easily
work and interact with the system. i.e. no need of expert person
to handle this system.
