WHAT IS A CLASS FLOW?

1. INTRODUCTION (kids: 3-5 minutes / ADULTS : 1-2 minutes)

When your student asked:
Age - you can share it to them. But don’t say it when you
introduce yourself bec they will be obligated to share theirs. (but
for kids, always ask them to know their level)

Acadsoc policies. All I can confirm to you is I am currently working in a
London/New York-based company.”

➢ EXPOUND THE WORD/KNOWLEDGE


○ Make sure to “ALWAYS” share or expound the idea (specially in the
word part).
■ “When you hear the word seat it’s just like saying the word chair or
stool” (have you seen a stool or chair?) - Example sentence is “This
is your seat.” “This is your chair.” “This is your stool” just
remember what stool looks like because you can’t call a chair, a stool
unless it looks like this (show the picture of a chair and a stool)
but you can call a chair, a stool.
>>> Don’t always ask your students to make their own sentences. Be sensitive and
listen if the student did understand. Please PLEASE, make your OWN sentences
(constantly) and share it with your student. DON’T FORGET TO SMILE. ^_^

➢ The same with the expression part, always remember to explain the
expressions clearly and share your sentence to them if they can't
understand.
➢ Don’t forget to ask your student if he/she has(ve) question(s)

➢ Don’t be too slow nor too fast when conducting classes. Always
remember to manage your time.
➢ Be DETAILED when you share your feedback. And don’t say “I will share
to you my feedback/how you participate in the class/my observation.”
○ REMEMBER to give TIPS to your STUDENTS on how to improve their ENGLISH
SKILLS.
