1. Tell Me About Yourself.

Sure! So I've always enjoyed reading and planning. The reading led me to pursue better results
and find the best strategy in doing anything. For example in high school, I read lots of books
related to marketing and economy, which give me ideas on how to think deeper and make the
best results. In addition to reading, I got to learn how to manage a team and the strategy design
process. I took a job at FOPAL as a bookshop rookie trainer. I trained over 10 rookies who did
not have any experience in managing book shelves before. Afterwards, I got promoted to a
section manager role, I managed 9 book shelves, about 5K+ books and hosted 10+ book sale
events last year. I realized I'm excited to take on a new role. I've learned I work best on products
that I love, and given that I am one of the users of your company’s products I jumped at the
chance to apply when I saw the open posting.

2. What Is Your Greatest Professional Achievement?

Okay, then. I am a statistics pro. I got an SAS design for the experiment certificate, which I am
good at in applied statistics into different areas. I already published 2 papers in the business
area by using data mining and analytic skills.

3. Tell Me About a Time You Demonstrated Leadership Skills

I took a job at FOPAL as a bookshop rookie trainer. I trained over 10 rookies who did not have
any experience in managing bookshelves before. My mission is to train them well and improve
the efficiency of sorting/pricing/shelving these books. In the end, they all successfully keep in
their place as well.

4. How Do You Deal With Pressure or Stressful Situations?

I will tell myself to calm down first, and drink some water. Usually, when my head boss passes
me lots of work within a short period of time, I will start doing time management tables to indeed
keep up with my time management. In order to maximize the use of time, we must learn time
management and improve work efficiency. According to the urgency and importance of the
processing sequence, place different events in the four quadrants and find the optimal
arrangement. This will make me calm down.

5. What Do You Like to Do Outside of Work?

I would like to play golf. I can score under 90, which means only +15 for the whole course. I will
get out of the stress and enjoy the new friendships I made. Walking on the green grass, facing
the sunshine, and breathing the fresh air could make me feel better.

6. Why Should We Hire You?

7. What Can You Bring to the Company?
8. What Are Your Greatest Strengths
I can bring the working efficiency into Twitter, I have a big social cycle, which means I can help
our team to get more surveys and their preference within 12-18 years old guys. Also, I am able
to do data analytics which can help to get the results as well. I am an easygoing person, I could
communicate well with other colleagues easily, and quickly make good relationships with my
team by building up a good team spirit. If I am in the working environment, I will work as much
as I can. I need to contribute my knowledge and ability to the Company and our team to stand
out, and reach the goal when the marketing team starts to set.

9. Why Do You Want to Work at This Company?

10. Why Do You Want This Job?
Every company has their unique culture style. I have better performance related to the
comfortable culture of the company. I heard that in the culture of Twitter, the goal is to put
people first and serve the conversation for the public. I thrive in an environment that focuses on
goals and that the team’s tradition of setting weekly goals instead of annual goals is appealing. I
would like to work for a company with a good corporate culture. Twitter is committed to social
media and social networking services. I would like to join Twitter to help increase the teenage
customers and explore bigger markets in the world.

11. What Do You Consider to Be Your Weaknesses?

I have never been outgoing or ambitious for 17 years since I was born, and I have never given a
large-scale public speech, but recently I volunteered to preside over meetings, participate in
statistical seminars, and explain in front of hundreds My research. I feel that I am overcoming
my shortcomings.
12. Tell Me About a Time You Made a Mistake.
I am only 17 years old, that It can be difficult for me to gauge when the people I’m working with
are overwhelmed or dissatisfied with their workloads. I remembered that in a critical week, my
team needed to finish sorting, pricing and shelving 3K+ books. I separate the parts into my team
and the due date is Sunday afternoon with no any communication. I finished my part but our
team made the time. After this accident, I need to ensure that I'm not asking too much or too
little from my team, we have weekly check-ins. I like to ask if they feel like they're on top of their
workload, how I could better support them, whether there's anything they'd like to take on or get
rid of, and if they're engaged by what they're doing. Even if the answer is “all good,” these
meetings really lay the groundwork for a good and trusting relationship.
13. Tell Me About a Time You Failed.
I think failure is more than just not meeting a goal, it’s about not meeting a goal with the
resources you’re given. If I end up taking more time or supplies than I was originally allotted,
that feels like a failure to me. I remembered that in a critical week, my team needed to finish
sorting, pricing and shelving 2K+ books. I separate the parts into my team and the due date is
Sunday afternoon with no any communication. I finished my part but our team made the time.

14. Tell Me About a Challenge or Conflict You’ve Faced at Work, and How You Dealt
With It.
After my team did not finish the work on the due day, all of our team members felt sad and
upset. The most challenging part was not fired them, instead by fire them up. The first things is
to start building our team spirit, which makes them keep working on their own works. Secondly,
fix the working strategy with the whole group conversation and make sure we all did the work in
an efficient way.

15. What’s a Time You Disagree With a Decision That Was Made at Work?
In the whole group communication about working strategy, I always heard about my colleagues’
ideas, but sometimes, which is not that correct, that I will have different opinions. This talk will
not affect our team relationships.

My original job allowed me to communicate with many different adults. Although I can be
