Chapter III: Assessment of Practicum Program
What have I learned from the experience?
• I’ve learned so many things in this on-the-job-training, like what are the things
inside the work, there’s a lot of things I experience and explore on my OJT time.
My experiences with the people around me.
• You will learn how to communicate to other people, by asking their skills and
asking what I need to improve.
The most memorable event during my practicum.
• The most memorable event during my OJT is the Christmas party, even where
not an employment in that company they included us to join and to have fun
with them.
What can I recommend for the improvement of the Practicum Program?
• All I can suggest to make this practicum program better is to offer assistance
both inside and outside of the office, as well as more seminars and training to
give the students more hands-on experience and more learning opportunities.
My advice to those who will take practicum in the near future.
• To those who will be starting their practicum soon, I would advise them to be
determined and willing to put in a lot of work. Always be a good communicator,
especially when it comes to teamwork and unity. You should also trust one
