Honorable Mayor;

Greetings!

I am writing to propose the organization and execution of the upcoming Baybay

City Fiesta Table Tennis Invitational Tournament. This event presents a fantastic
opportunity to engage the community, promote sportsmanship, and encourage
healthy competition among all participants in different region.

Tournament Overview

The tournament will feature several categories to accommodate varying skill

levels and age groups, ensuring widespread participation. The proposed
categories are as follows:

Mixed Team Event Open

Men’s Open
Women’s Open
Executive 40 Above (Mixed)
17 and Under Boys
17 and Under Girls
12 and Under Boys
12 and Under Girls
Prize Distribution are attach.

The primary objectives of the Baybay City Fiesta Table Tennis Tournament
include:

Encouraging Youth Participation: Engaging younger generations in sports to

promote a healthier lifestyle and teamwork.

Fostering Community Spirit: Bringing together local athletes, families, and

residents to celebrate sportsmanship and camaraderie.

Showcasing Talent: Providing a platform for participants to demonstrate their

skills and potentially scout talent for higher levels of competition.

In conclusion, I firmly believe that the Baybay City Fiesta Table Tennis
Tournament will be a remarkable event that not only highlights the sport of
table tennis but also strengthens community bonds. I would appreciate the
opportunity to discuss this proposal further and explore potential avenues for
collaboration to ensure the success of this tournament.

Thank you for considering this proposal. I look forward to your positive
