TPO Login:

Post job posting of company to specific students of particular department , Class (TE / BE),
year (passing out 2024 / 2025) and fulfilling the company’s criteria (60% , 75% etc)

Post Google forms to above students for collecting company details if required (optional)

Post feedback to students

Checkbox pattern for updating placement status of each student like (Shortlisted, Cleared
Aptitude, Cleared Technical, HR, placed etc) and add package if selected

Maintain details of company (Name, Package, Job role, placement date, and details of students
selected)

Facility to download details collected from students in excel format

Search option
- List of students applied for particular company
- List of students placed in particular company
- Year wise search ( No. of students placed)
- Department wise search
- Package wise search

Student login
Fill placement form: First name, Middle name. Last name. GR No., Class, Department, Gender,
DOB, X, XII / Diploma , Sem 1,2,3,4,5,6 (Average & percentage automatic), KT , Email, Mobile,
Year of passing

Display list of job opening

Apply

Current status of applied job post (Shortlisted, Cleared Aptitude, Cleared Technical, HR, placed
etc)

Rejection reason
