100% advance payment upon acceptance of the service agreement.

4. Agreement Requirements:
Vyapar Infotech shall provide a stamped and signed Service Agreement confirming
the rendering of all services listed above for 12 months.

o Access to CRM systems for integration.

6. Legal Compliance:
Any breach of contract will be subject to legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of
