Describe what you can do to advocate the use of the 14 Learning-Centered Psychological Principles.

The primary objective of education is to foster learning while instilling positive values in students,
alongside providing them with knowledge. It is essential to apply the 14 Learning-Centered Psychological
Principles for the benefit of both students and teachers. As a future educator, my goal is to create a
nurturing and enjoyable atmosphere where students feel safe, appreciated, and motivated to express
their ideas and participate actively in classroom discussions. The 14 Principles highlight the significant
impact of emotions and motivation on the quality of a learner's cognitive processes. Consequently, it is
vital to recognize and celebrate each student's accomplishments, as such acknowledgment will inspire
them to pursue their studies with greater determination. Furthermore, it is important to provide
engaging activities that ignite their curiosity and link their prior knowledge with new concepts relevant
to the topic at hand.
