Warm and youthful greetings!

Junior Promenade is one of the most anticipated times in the life of a high school student. It is the most
splendid and memorable moment for high school students to dress up formally, be with their friends and seize
the very special time in their high school years. Life in high school wouldn’t be complete and exciting without
JS Prom. Aside from the joy, fun and camaraderie, the event marks the “coming of age” of the students as they
step into the stage of “young adulthood” with the bearing of responsibilities as well with becoming ladies and
gentlemen. JS Prom would also allow the students to present themselves with class and confidence. In view of
this, the Grade 10 Curriculum of Bais City National High School Junior High School Department is humbly
seeking your kind approval to allow us to hold the Juniors Promenade on April 5, 2025 (Proposed date), at
Bais City Multipurpose and Evacuation Facility from 3:00 PM to 7 PM. All necessary requirements for the off-
campus activities stipulated in D.O No. 003 s. 2023 and D.O 66 s. 2017 will be observed. Health and safety
protocols will be strictly implemented.

Rest assured that no classes will be interrupted on the said date. Looking forward for a positive response in
this humble request. With sanguine and humility, we remain.
