SCENE 2 - WORKING (LIFE AFTER COLLEGE) - MAIN C, 2 OTHER WORKERS,

Main Character: College was not that easy, it’s like our life depended on it. I was not really
sure if I could really go through college because I had a long uncertain road ahead to reach the
finish line BUT… but I met these amazing people and it made my college life easy and filled
with good memories. Yes, we finally made it to the finish line victoriously but after that, it seems
like we have to go in our different paths in life and face the reality. Nevertheless, I’m very
grateful that they became part of my life and I hope that one day I will able to see them aga—
*BOSS ENTERS* *OPTIONAL: TERROR KIND OF MUSIC SLOWLY ENTERS*

Main Character: Being an adult is not easy. After working from a 9-5 job, *TEARING
RECEIPTS AND BILLS*, you need to track your expenses and deal with these bills to pay and
work again. *SIGH* This is a hella endless cycle of my life.

: I once thought that life after graduation is sweet and those wonderful things I dreamed
of would come, but it was the total opposite.

*CUE START SONG#2* [ PASOK MGA DANCERS! ] *DANCE NUMBER*

Student 1: Can you guys assist me with my Arts and Humanities assignment?

Main Character: *SIGHS* I wish I have someone to help me finish my workload too just like
these students right here helping each other out with their homework. It takes me back to my
college life… OH! My friends would love to recall these memories-- *WHILE BRINGING
OUT HER CELLPHONE*

*PAUSES IN THE MOMENT OF REALIZATION, STARING AT SCREEN*

Main Character: For the record, I feel at Home again with you guys, and thank you for
reminding me that I’m not alone, THAT WE’RE NOT ALONE even though we already
have different lives right now years after college. The greatest gift of life is friendship, and I
have received it which I couldn’t ask for more.
