General Comments:

PAPER FORMAT (EVERYTHING MUST BE IN ESSAY FORMAT)


Font Type: Times New Roman
Font Size: 12 on Descriptive and Titled Texts
Titled texts must be in Bold
Alignment: Texts must be Justified
Spacing: Front Page: 1.15, Others must be double spacing.

VIDEO FORMAT
Video Length: Minimum of 15 minutes, Maximum of 20 minutes
Audio: Clear and Audible, background music can be added
Video Design: Choose your own layout, gimmicks and narration.

NOTE: For this Performance Task, I want you to make a video-podcast with your respective
On-The-Job Training Companies. (If you currently do not have a company/ business to do
your OJT, Find a company/business that is willing to do the interview.) Size of the company
doesn't matter. It depends on you on how you will present and do your video podcast. make it
creative, engaging and worthy to watch as long as you follow the given format above.

PAPER CONTENTS:
I. BACKGROUND OF BUSINESS
- When were they established, field of industry, type of business, etc.
II. BUSINESS STAFF/MANAGER/OWNER BIONOTE (Essay Format)
- What is the position of the interviewee in the business? What department does he/she
belong to? What are her roles and responsibilities in the business?
III. SUMMARY OF THE INTERVIEW (Essay Format)
- Create appropriate questions that are related from our past lectures in Ethics. You

Senior High School Students from Taytay United Methodist Christian School
Inc. We would like to invite you to a learning based video-podcast. This
project aims to pinpoint your experiences as an Employee,Manager or Owner
of the Business and its relevance and application to our Course; Business
Ethics and Social Responsibility. This will serve as the Performance Task of
the students and would highly appreciate your participation.

The interview might last approximately 30-40 minutes. Your response


will be kept private and will not be publicly disclosed. If you agree to engage in
this video-podcast, there are no potential dangers or charges. All information
acquired from the interviewee will be kept strictly private and utilized only for
the purpose of learning.

This letter will also serve as a Teacher’s permit and for the safety of
both the students and interviewee. Question asked is only for the relevance
and application to the course. Inappropriate questions and answers will not be
used and tolerated in the submission of the final output.
