Dear Parents, Welcome to the session 2025-26. Please note the following: 1. 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month will be regular school. 2. 2nd & 4th Saturday will be a holiday for Bubbles. (unless otherwise specified) 3. School timings will be 8:15 am to 12:45 pm. (Reporting Time 8:10 am) 4. School Uniform: Please ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform. Girls with long hair will use black hair band, rubber band, hair clips, etc. Please note that party wear, fancy dresses and footwear, watches, expensive jewellery, sharp objects, toys, costly water bottles and tiffins, etc. are not allowed to be brought to the school. The school will not be responsible if the above mentioned items are misplaced in school. Your ward must carry a small handkerchief every day. One set of casual dress (not uniform) with undergarments (properly labelled) should be sent, which will be kept in school for emergency use. 5. Lunch Box: Please provide your ward with healthy, nutritious home cooked food in a stainless steel tiffin box. We do not allow junk food such as maggie, biscuits, chips, namkeen, aerated drinks, etc. Do not send too much food as the child may loose interest in eating. Your co-operation will help us inculcate healthy eating habits in the child. 6. School Bag: Give your ward a small school bag. A big bag puts undue pressure and affects the posture. 7. Water Bottle: Give your ward a small stainless steel water bottle with straps. 8. School Diary: Kindly fill the student's particulars in the diary as per the details filled by you in the school admission form to start the process of School Identity Card. Check your ward’s school diary everyday to learn about school announcements, notices, circulars, etc. You may also communicate any message to the class teacher through the school diary. 9. Circulars: All Circulars are displayed on school website www.msbsschool.com under Downloads Tab. 10. Medical Aid: Please do not send your ward to school in case of illness. In case of an injury first aid is provided in school and parents are duly informed. 11. Children learn through observation therefore please ensure that your ward watches age appropriate television programmes/movies and the language/behaviour of all family members including domestic help is correct and appropriate for the child. 12. Birthdays: Birthdays are happy occasions, you may send your ward to school in comfortable casual clothes. Please note chocolates & toffees, cakes, sweets and gifts are not allowed to be distributed to other children. Phone number list of other students will not be shared for personal invitations. We must inculcate the value of gratitude in our children. The school undertakes a number of community service activities/projects with children who belong to the less privileged sections of our society. You may also send toffees, cakes, food packets, books and toys for these children on the happy occasion of the birthday of your ward. Kindly plan ahead for any such activity/gesture with the coordinator. Your generosity will go a long way in nurturing the right values in children. 13. Meeting the Principal/Co-ordinator/Teacher: Open House (Parent Teacher Meet) is an occasion to meet the school Principal and teachers. Parents will be informed about details of the Open House. On any other day, please fix a prior appointment with school office to avoid inconvenience. The parent teacher meeting is meant for parents to get a feedback on their ward’s performance. 14. Evaluation: There are no formal examinations in Bubbles. A system of continuous and comprehensive assessments will be followed throughout the year. A structured syllabus is followed, however, the teaching methodology is based on the different learning styles of children and we ensure that the learning process remains fun filled and creative for the children. 15. Attendance: Regular attendance is of utmost importance for the all round development of the child's personality. Keeping the children home for trivial reasons make it difficult for them to cope with school activities, hence please do not encourage absentism.
