1. Conduct a suitable experiment to determine the forward bias and reverse bias characteristics of
semiconductor diode and determine the cut in voltage, static resistance and dynamic resistance from
the obtained characteristics.
2. Plot the V-I characteristics of specifically designed reverse biased Diode and determine the
breakdown voltage and Dynamic resistance in both forward bias and reverse bias.
3. Conduct an experiment on Full Wave Rectifier circuit. Plot the input/output waveforms.
4. Conduct an experiment on Full Wave Rectifier with capacitor filter. Plot the input/output
waveforms .Calculate the ripple factor and efficiency.
5. Conduct an experiment to determine the line and load regulation of Zener Diode and plot the
characteristics.
6. Conduct an experiment to determine the input and output characteristics of CE configuration and
calculate the h-parameter values from the input and output characteristic curves.
7. Conduct an experiment to determine the Drain and Transfer characteristics of FET and determine
the FET parameters.
8. Construct BJT common emitter amplifier using voltage divider bias with bypassed emitter resistor.
Calculate the gain and frequency response.
9. Construct BJT common base amplifier using voltage divider bias with bypassed emitter resistor.
Calculate the gain and frequency response.
10. Construct BJT emitter follower amplifier. Calculate the gain and frequency response.
11. Construct a common source amplifier with voltage divider bias and obtain its frequency response.
12. Design and Construct a Cascode amplifier. Measure the gain and plot the frequency response.
13. Construct a differential amplifier using BJT. Calculate common mode gain, differential mode
gain and CMRR.
14. Construct the Transformer coupled class A Power amplifier circuit and obtain the waveforms.
15. Conduct an experiment on Full Wave Rectifier with and without filter. Plot the input/output
waveforms .
