Report on Automation Software Testing with Selenium

1. Introduction
The Department of Science & Computer Science at MIT Arts, Commerce & Science College
organized a seminar on "Automation Software Testing with Selenium" on March 1, 2025.
The seminar was conducted for TYBSC(CS) students and was aimed at enhancing their
understanding of automation testing. The resource person for the seminar was Mrs.
Diksha Deshmukh, a Software Test Engineer at Amdocs, Pune, and an alumnus of MIT
ACSC, Alandi(D), Pune.

2. Objective of the Seminar


The primary objective of the seminar was to introduce students to Selenium, a widely
used tool for automated testing of web applications. It covered the importance of
