available.
3. Demolition Execution
☐ Sectional Demolition Plan – Work progresses in designated sections.
☐ Concrete Cutting & Removal – Ensured controlled removal to minimize damage to adjacent
areas.
☐ Rebar & Metal Separation – Scrap material collected separately for recycling.
☐ Dust & Noise Control Measures – Monitored regularly.
☐ Waste Segregation & Disposal – Concrete, asphalt, and other materials sorted and disposed
of properly.
☐ Inspection for Underground Infrastructure – Verify no damage to pipes or cables.
4. Post-Demolition Clean-Up & Site Inspection
☐ Debris Removal Completed – All waste transported to designated locations.
☐ Surface Leveling & Grading – Ground prepared for the next phase of construction.
☐ Final Safety & Environmental Inspection – No hazards left on-site.
☐ Utility Reconnection (if required) – Utilities restored safely.
☐ Final Report & Approval – Sign-off by site supervisor/engineer.
