PART I: Opening Program

[Opening Announcement]
Host: "Good morning, everyone! Welcome to the joint Boy Scout and Girl Scout
Camporee of the Kinoguitan District, hosted by Esperanza National and Senior
High School. Today, we gather as scouts, leaders, and community members,
bound by our commitment to service, leadership, and friendship. Let’s make
this day memorable as we embody the values that scouting instills in each of
us."

[Registration]
Host: "To begin, let us proceed with the registration of participants. Our
facilitators — Alvie C. Lofranco, Myrian A. Padla, Rolin M. Debalos, Cielo
Labrador, and John Guiller N. Bahade — are ready to assist you at the
registration area."

[Entrance of Colors]
Host: "May I request everyone to stand as we welcome the Entrance of Colors,
led by the KCS Boy Scouts. Let us honor the colors that represent our unity,
strength, and pride."

[National Anthem and Invocation]


Host: "Please remain standing for the singing of our National Anthem, followed
by an invocation."
Note: Play the National Anthem and follow with the invocation.

[Hoisting of Banner]
Host: "We now proceed with the Hoisting of the Banner, which will be led by
Ma’am Lilibeth C. Baco, our Public Schools District-in-Charge, Ma’am. Lorybe R.
Galili, the GSP District FA____________, Mr. Wendell V. Aboy, the Boy Scout
Coordinator, and Mr. Rechie A. Lazalita, the Principal of Esperanza National and
Senior High School."

[Rededication of Scout Oath & Scout Law]


Host: "Our scouts will now renew their promises and reaffirm their commitment
to the principles of scouting through the Rededication of the Scout Oath and
Law. Let us call them one by one to lead the different scout promises and laws."
 "To lead the Kid Scout Promise and Law, we have Kurth Aazher Que L.
Cena."
 "For the Kab Scout Promise and Law, please welcome Quen Tristian
Sabellina."
 "Next, to lead the Boy Scout Oath and Law, we have Jacob C. Carin."
 "For the Twinkler Scout Promise and Law, please welcome Zandrea S.
Gagap."
 "Leading the Star Scout Promise and Law is Felicity Amarah Debalos."
 "Finally, we call on Keith Althea Zyne L. Cena to lead the Girl Scout
Promise and Law."
[Welcome Message]
Host: "To officially open our Camporee, let us welcome a person who is deeply
committed to fostering a learning environment that nurtures our future leaders.
Please join me in welcoming our School Principal, Mr. Rechie A. Lazalita."

[Messages from Distinguished Guests]


Host: "We are honored today to have esteemed guests who have dedicated
themselves to supporting youth development and the scouting movement. Let
us now listen to their messages of inspiration."
1. Barangay Captain's Message
o "First, we have a respected leader who tirelessly works to build a
safer, stronger community. Please welcome Hon. Lauro Go, Barangay
Captain of Esperanza."
2. Public Schools District In-Charge (PSDIC)
o "Next, we welcome someone who is a guiding force in education
within our district, ensuring quality and accessible learning for all
students. Let us hear from the woman of beauty and substance,
Ma’am Lilibeth C. Baco, our Public Schools District In-Charge (PSDIC)."

[Presentation of Participants]
Host: "Now, we will introduce the participants of this remarkable event. Each
group here today represents the values and unity that scouting fosters. To
present the participants from each school, please welcome Mr. Wendell V. Aboy,
our BSP District Coordinator."

[Batang NEXUS Song]


Host: "As a special tribute to our host school and our identity as Batang NEXUS,
let us enjoy the singing and dance presentation of the 'Batang NEXUS Song,'
composed by John Rayon and performed by Princess Pangan, representing the
proud Batang NEXUS — the students of Esperanza National and Senior High
School."

3. Schools Division Superintendent


o "It is our privilege to have with us the esteemed Schools Division
Superintendent, who continuously advocates for academic excellence
and holistic growth for all learners in the Misamis Oriental Division
through an education that inspires. Please welcome Dr. Edilberto L.
Oplenaria, CESO V."

[Intermission Number]
Host: "To keep the excitement going, we have a special intermission number
prepared for all of you. Please welcome Mr. Erwin Jay M. Loretero as he performs
for us."

4. Municipal Mayor's Message


o "Representing the local government with a vision of progress and
support for youth programs, we are grateful to have the father of our
town, Hon. Danilo A. Lagbas Jr., Municipal Mayor of Kinoguitan. Let’s
give him a warm round of applause."
5. Council Scout Executive's Message
o "Our next speaker is someone who brings dynamic energy to scouting
and is committed to fostering resilience and leadership in the youth.
Please welcome Ms. Jaye Jowelle V. Agbu, Council Scout Executive of
BSP Misamis Oriental."
6. Division GSP Coordinator's Message
o "Finally, let us hear from a dedicated advocate for the Girl Scout
movement, whose efforts continue to empower young women in our
community. Let us welcome Ms. Eden F. Bacarra, Division GSP
Coordinator.

[Announcement of Facilitators and Area of Assignments]


Host: "As we approach the conclusion of our opening program, it is essential
that each participant is guided and informed throughout the day. To announce
the facilitators and their areas of assignment, we call on Mr. John Guiller N.
Bahade."

[Closing]
Host: "Thank you, everyone, for your active participation in our opening
program. This is just the beginning of an incredible day filled with activities,
learning, and the spirit of scouting. Let’s embrace this opportunity to grow,
