alerts, night driving alerts, and so on. Such alerts will be triggered only if the standards of the device
setting are met.
The user can correct the current mileage data of the device through the "Current Mileage" field in
the "Maintenance Alert". Generally, the data here is the mileage value calculated by the platform
based on the reported positioning points. If the customer thinks that there is a deviation from the
actual value, he can click the "Calibration" button, and the platform will send a command to obtain
the mileage value counted by the device itself (this function is based on the premise that the
mileage statistics function has been turned on for this device)
● Sensors
Some devices can be connected with multiple sensors to obtain different data information and
report through the device; where the connected sensors and the data display rules can be
configured;
In fleet logistics scenarios, large transport vehicles typically have multiple fuel tanks. Previously,
our devices and platform could only monitor data from a single fuel tank, which did not provide a
complete view of the vehicle's fuel consumption. To better support fleet transport scenarios and
help fleet managers monitor vehicle fuel levels more effectively, this iteration introduces a
multi-fuel sensor feature. Devices now support the configuration of multiple fuel tanks, allowing for
the simultaneous display of data from multiple fuel sensors.

Configuration Method:
Step 1: In Device Details - go to Sensors. Based on the fuel sensor used by the device, select the
"Fuel Sensor" option from either ADC Input or Serial Port Input.

Step 2: Configure fuel tank information. The device must have fuel tank information configured in
order to calculate and display fuel data correctly.
Users can manually add fuel tank information or import fuel tank data from the device's reported
data (assuming the fuel sensor is properly connected to the device).
 Manual Addition
When manually adding a fuel tank, the user needs to fill in the following fuel tank information: Fuel
Tank Name, ID/MAC, Type (Cube/Irregular), Height Correlation.
The platform uses the ID/MAC to determine which fuel sensor data belongs to which fuel tank and
displays the fuel tank name as specified by the user. Multiple fuel tanks are uniquely identified by
their ID/MAC. For devices that only report a single fuel sensor data, enter “-1” in the ID/MAC field
when configuring the fuel tank.
 Importing Fuel Tank Data
If the fuel sensor is correctly installed and reporting data, the “Import Fuel Tank” feature can be
used for a quicker and more accurate way to add fuel tanks.

When the user clicks “Import Fuel Tank,” the platform will display the fuel data reported by the
device. The system distinguishes different fuel tanks based on the ID/MAC field. If the ID/MACs
differ, the data is assumed to be from different fuel tanks; if they are the same, only the latest data
will be displayed.

The user can click the “Add as Fuel Tank” button next to a specific fuel data entry, and the
platform will automatically create a new fuel tank entry in the fuel tank information list. The ID/MAC
field from the fuel data will be used to populate both the Fuel Tank Name and ID/MAC fields. The
Type will default to “Cube,” the Fuel Calculation Threshold will default to 0%, and Height
Correlation will default to “Positive Correlation.” After adding, the user can further modify the fuel
tank information as needed.

Fuel Sensor Display:

When a device is configured with multiple fuel tanks, users can view the names of each fuel tank
along with their corresponding fuel levels on the device dashboard.

Report:
Both the Fuel Consumption Report and the Current Fuel Report have added fields for fuel tank, fuel
tank levels, and fuel tank consumption. For different fuel tanks on the same device, the serial
number, device name, IMEI, model, and total fuel consumption fields are displayed combined,
while the fuel tank, fuel tank levels, and fuel tank consumption fields are displayed separately.
In the Vehicle Refueling Data Report, when a device is connected to multiple fuel tanks, the total
refueling amount, calculated cost, actual refueling amount, and actual cost are the sum of the data
from all fuel tanks.

App Support for Multiple Fuel Tanks

In the App's Device Details - Sensor Information section, users can configure multiple fuel
tanks. When users select fuel sensor information in either Analog Input (ADC) or Serial Port
Input, two modules will appear below: "Fuel Tank Information" and "Device Data." Users can
add new fuel tank information manually or fill it automatically through device data.
 Manual Addition:
Click "Add Fuel Tank" to fill in the fuel tank name, ID/MAC, tank type, height correlation, and
refueling threshold.
 Automatic Filling via Device Data:
Click "Load Device Data" to have the platform query the fuel sensor data for the device from
the database based on the IMEI. The data will be displayed in this area as cards, showing
fields such as sensor type, ID/MAC, fuel level, and report time.
On the device details page, a new "Fuel Level" data point has been added. If the device is
equipped with a single fuel tank, it displays as fuel level data; if the device has multiple fuel
tanks, only the first fuel tank's data is shown, with an option to click and view the data for all
fuel tanks.
● Camera
According to different models, the maximum number of cameras supported by the model is
displayed (for example: JC181 is 2 channels, JC450Pro is 5 channels). By default, all device
cameras are connected. Users can choose to turn on/off certain camera channels according to
the actual use of the device. The enabled channels support user-defined channel nicknames.
After the channel nickname is saved, if it involves displaying channel content on any interface of
the TSP platform, it needs to be changed and displayed synchronously; if the customer does not
edit the nickname, it will still be displayed according to the default channel name (such as: CH1,
CH2).

For example: A JC450Pro device supports a maximum of 5 cameras (CH1~CH5), but the
customer actually only connects 3 channels (CH1, CH3, CH4). In the device details, the user can
only turn on these 3 channels and turn off the unused 2 channels, and customize the channel
names for the 3 channels in use according to the actual situation, such as: cab, front windshield,
and inside the car.

data the customer needs to query, click on the report, enter the query conditions such as account
number, device, time range, etc., and click Search to view the searched data;

The new version will be fully personalizable:

The report type is no longer tiled, but provided as a report template for users to choose. For
example, not every user needs a temperature and humidity report. Users can choose the report
template they want to view according to their own business scenarios, and create a new one. The
newly created report will be kept in the list. Each time you enter the report module, you can directly
click to view it;
The report template supports user-defined report name, account number, device, time range, and
special query conditions for different reports. After setting, click Save, and the report will be created
