Subject: Regarding providing information tothe Right to Information (RTI) forwarded through vide letter No:
29F/10(6)16/3479, Dated 14.02.2025.

Dear Sir,

With reference made to letter No: 29F/10(6)16/3479, Dated 14.02.2025 wherein your good self has sought
information on behalf of an RTIfiled by an individual through Right to Information Act, 2005 'hereinafter
referred toas RTI' has sought some information.

It is to bring into your kind notice about the RTI sought by Mr. Sanjay Chaturvedi (addressee) had not provided
the details of his authenticity and the reason for obtaining such confidential details. Since we are a private
organization, we do not fall under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Therefore, the
organization is not bound to provide such information asked by any private individual even though it is through
the good self DGMH. Hence, the replies were submitted as follows:

As per RTI Act Section 8 (a), (d) (e) (g) and (i) & Section 9, these
details cannot be provided to any individual due to privacy of
the personal details of ambulance users.
