1. O rder Tracking:All stages of the order are trackedin the "Order Status Management
Module" for live updates to customers.
2. CRE Role:
○ Receives new order notification.
○ Confirms product details, creates an account if needed, and verifies delivery
preferences with the customer.
○ Processes payments and sends order for processing.
3. BDE Role:
○ Confirms product specs, availability, and price with the supplier.
○ Creates and assigns a Purchase Order (PO) to the Coordinator.
4. Coordinator Role:
○ Conducts preliminary QC with a tablet at the supplier location, updates status,
and returns product to the warehouse for packaging.
5. QC Technician Role:
○ Completes detailed QC and updates order status.
6. Processor Role:
○ Updates packaging status.
7. Dispatch Executive Role:
○ Delivers the product, updates dispatch status, and provides ETA.
8. Issue Escalation:Issues are escalated by order numberto the Online Operations
Manager if needed.
9. Returns & Exchanges:Managed through the "Return & Exchange Management
Module."
