Job Description

 Report directly to the COO


 Effective planning based on customer demand and forecast
 Monitor and control inventory of raw material & components
 Manage supply review and stock replenishments to ensure components availability to
meet demand as per the forecast
 Work closely with internal departments to ensure meet customer delivery schedule
 Work cooperatively and cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the
plan is in place
 Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time

Requirements

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain.


 At least 2-3 years of working experience in Demand and Logistic/Supply Planning
 Good working knowledge of purchasing and inventory management
 Good working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, others)
 Knowledge with ERP system, such as INFOR
 Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
 A good team player, hardworking and responsible person with a positive attitude
 Process excellence interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
 Ability to communicate to all levels
 Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
 Experience in a technical environment
 Understanding of Supply Chain or Planning processes
 Positive character, commit to deliver and able to work under pressure
 Required language: Able to speak and write in English. Candidate
