Individual Assignment

Objective:

This assignment aims to provide you with hands-on experience in data collection and analysis
using statistical methods. You will create a data collection instrument, gather data, and perform a
detailed descriptive analysis.

Assignment Instructions:

1. Data Collection Instrument:


o Design a data collection instrument (e.g., survey, questionnaire, observation
checklist) that focuses on a topic of your choice. Ensure that your instrument is
clear, concise, and capable of collecting both quantitative and qualitative data.
2. Data Collection:
o Use your instrument to collect data from a sample population. Aim for a
minimum of 30 responses to ensure statistical validity.
o Ensure that you obtain informed consent from participants and adhere to ethical
standards during the data collection process.
3. Descriptive Analysis:
o Perform the following analyses on the collected data:
