1. Place rack in top third oven; preheat to 425˚F. Lightly brush a large rimmed
baking sheet with oil or line with parchment paper for easier clean up.
2. In a large bowl combine ground beef, half of onion, egg, and seasoned with salt
and pepper.
3. After mixing, rub your hands with a bit oil and make a desired ball. Coat it with
bread crumbs and placed it on a baking sheet.
4. Baked for 15-25 mins.
5. In a pan, put oil and sautee onion. Pour Italian spaghetti sauce and let it simmer
for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Put the sauce in a bowl and add the meatballs. Ready to serve.
