AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT TO ALL EXCESS PROCEEDS

This Assignment and Rights to All Excess Proceeds is entered into between JOHN
DOE___ (“Assignor”) and _Curtis J Smith Jr./ PinPoint Your Funds LLC. (“Assignee”),
entered into as the date below and is subject to the rights and duties contained in the parties
contract, which is specifically incorporated herein as fully set forth.

For Valuable Consideration, as described in the Contract, the sufficiency of which is


hereby acknowledged Assignor warrants, conveys, and guarantees to the Assignee all of its
rights for the recovery and collection to the excess proceeds resulting from the foreclosure sale
of property located at: 1234 JOHN DOE ROAD LANSING, MI 48911. I also authorize the
entity holding the funds, be it a trustee, clerk of court, or other government official, to release
any and all information to the assignee regarding the sale and the excess proceeds generated
from said sale.
