Healthy food refers to food that contains the right amount of nutrients to keep our
body fit. We need healthy food to keep ourselves fit. Let our young learners

 Activity 1
Eating is something that is rarely done mindfully by young people. Mindful eating is
a valuable task for children to slow down the mind and become more focused on the
present. Children should know about the right food for them to eat.
Activity- Draw one healthy and Unhealthy food item.
Instructions-
● Take a drawing sheet.
● Draw four favourite healthy food item and unhealthy food item.
● Colour them and cut them out.
● Students will bring their drawings to school so that together they will separate all
healthy food item and unhealthy food items.
Learning outcomes-
● It will enhance creativity and imagination of students.
● Students will learn about the difference between healthy and unhealthy food.

Activity -2
Father’s Day activity. Healthy Papa, healthy family.

Let’s be a creative chef and prepare a fruit and vegetable salad with the seasoning of
your love and warmth for your father. To cherish these memories click photographs
and make a collage and paste in your scrap file.

From a waste shoe box or any other empty cardboard box make a farm. Discover
now how many vegetable are present in your farm, eg. Carrot, Turnip, Onion,
Tomato etc... Try to use a different colour paper for vegetable you have in your
farm.

• Shoe box or any other carton.
• Chart Paper
• A4 Coloured sheets
• Thin card board
• Brown water colour
• Glue
Instructions:-
• Cover the shoe box with brown chart paper or paint it.
• Make some cuts in the middle of the box and then put all the vegetables
inside those cuts as shown in the picture.
• Then cut some green colour A4 size sheet for grass.
• Then draw and cut different types of vegetable.

Steps to follow:-
• Use waste material to make your colourful dustbins and label them as shown in picture.
• Create a beautiful background by using waste items.
• Arrange all things to create a 3D model.
• Make a model with the help of cardboard (Don't use thermocol and plastic material)
