LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
I am highly delighted to be allowed to put forward this letter of recommendation for my student, Viraj
Kenekar. I am Nagesh Patil, Associate Professor of the Computer Engineering Department at Sinhgad Institute
of Technology. Viraj was a student who was an astute observer and curious. When I realized that he intended to
pursue his master's degree, I was impressed with his ambition and dedication. Having such a student of his
calibre and intelligence is a source of pride for our institution, and I can confidently recommend him to your
university.
He excelled at both academic and practical skills. Throughout his academic career, I served as a lecturer
to his batch and taught the subject of Digital Electronics, which investigated some of the tools that can be used
in some electronic devices, like assembly language used in microprocessors. Furthermore, under my guidance,
he executed practical sessions, including using gates with several outputs and simple combinational logic like
the Breadboards, the De Morgan’s Theorem, and creating digital circuits. His enthusiasm to learn more about
deep learning and machine learning was excellent from the professor's point of view because he regularly kept
up with his work and never missed an assignment date. Viraj was the kind of pupil who enjoyed learning every
nuance of a subject, surprising me with his knowledge and commitment. I found him highly ambitious and
realized he would pursue a successful career ahead.
Apart from academics, he has also been instrumental in cocurricular and extracurricular endeavours. He
was a part of the Business Club in the college, where we used to organize some technical workshops and guest
seminars. Furthermore, he also marked his presence in a plethora of panels. Through these events and activities,
he not only honed his skill set in the technical arena, but also sharpened his multitasking and leadership
qualities.
As you can see, I have nothing but the utmost admiration for this student. Along with his open attitude,
his commitment to his work and to his studies was really humble. Graduating Viraj from our college was a
privilege since he demonstrated skill and tenacity. He significantly contributed to every event, and instructors
still mention him. They remember him as a diligent student who put up much effort throughout his time at our
university. I am confident that Viraj will enter your university with a solid educational foundation that he has
already obtained from our institution. Please consider his application and allow him admission to your
prestigious university. I wish him the best of luck.
