Life can be challenging, and at times, we all need support to navigate the

emotional ups and downs that we experience. We are so glad to have you here
today as we embark on a journey towards emotional wellness, strength and
resilience!
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Project HEART! The Holistic Emotional
Assistance and Resilience Training!
To show our love for our country, pride in our history and commitment to the
values that unite us, may we all stand for the singing of the national anthem and
the Quirino Hymn through an audio visual presentation to be followed by a prayer
to be led by Ms. Zeny C. Halipan, Administrative Officer II.
As we honor the ideals and foundational principles that upholds our department,
let us recite with dignity and honor our Vision, Mission, Core Values and Policy
Statement through an audio visual presentation.
(ayan, maaari na po tayong umupo)
When we learn how to become resilient, we learn how to embrace the beautifully
broad spectrum of the human experience. For the presentation of participants,
PMTs and resource persons, may we have the Senior Education Specialist, HRDS…
ma’am Lyn R. Catolico. Let’s give her a round of applause.
Thank you maam Lyn. Emotional health is as important as Physical health. Today,
let us embrace the journey of self-discovery and growth. For her greetings, may
we have the Chief Education Program Supervisor of the Curriculum
Implementation Division, ma’am Mely M. Rubi. Let’s give her a warm round of
applause!
Thank you maam Mely for those inspiring words. According to Thomas Edison,
our greatest weakness lies in giving up, the most certain way to succeed is always
to try one more time. Now, to officially open today’s program, let us welcome our
Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, ma’am Nelia M. Mabuti! Let’s give her
a big round of applause.
Thank you, maam Nelia. Today’s program is indeed an important step towards
strengthening our emotional well-being as well as building resilience in our
personal and professional lives. As we move forward, let us put our hands
together for the Chief Education Supervisor of the School Governance and
Operation Division, ma’am Elenita B. Ugot for the statement of purpose.
Thank you, ma’am Elen. To set the tone for today’s program, we are truly
privileged to have here with us a woman who has been very dedicated in creating
positive changes in the lives of the people around her and has been an
instrumental in empowering many individuals to discover their strength and move
forward with renewed sense of Hope and purpose. A round of applause for our
Schools Division Superintendent, Ma’am Madelyn L. Macalling for her
inspirational Message.
Thank you, ma’am Madel, with those inspiring words, we are now ready to move
forward with the rest of our program. For the Activity Matrix, again, may we have
maam Lyn R. Catolico. A round of applause please.
Thank you maam Lyn. And now, ladies and gentlemen, for the QAME orientation,
may we have our Senior Education Program Specialist sir Jonathan P. Pita.
Thank you sir. May we also have our information Technology Officer, sir Esdras M.
Agacer for his orientation.
Thank you, sir.
No matter how bleak or menacing the situation may appear, it does not entirely
own us. It can’t take away our freedom to respond and our power to take action.
This ends our program, Thank you every one and mabuhay po tayong lahat!
