birth, country, address and phone number?
5. Do you remember what email address your account was created with?
6. Do you have a secondary email address on the account and if so, can you provide
this?
7. Can you let me know any Linked Platform and Name/ ID on your account? (e.g Xbox,
Playstation, Steam, Epic, etc)
