“The MBA was a life-changing experience. The breadth and depth of

thinking I gained from the programme continue to benefit me even
after graduation. Being part of a cohort that pushes you to think
quickly, accurately and creatively is something that will stay with
me for life. The confidence I developed — now reflected in my work
and interactions with stakeholders — and the invaluable connections
I made are truly priceless.”

“In my field — sports and football — the recruiting path is very

different than in traditional MBA sectors like consulting or banking.
Opportunities arise when positions open up, requiring a proactive
approach to networking. As an LBS student, reaching out to
alumni and industry professionals gave me a significant advantage,
increasing my chances of meaningful responses. Networking was
crucial to uncovering the right opportunities at the right time, and the
power of the LBS alumni network made all the difference.”
Ryo Kozuma MBA2024
Strategy Manager, City Football Group
