How to log a dispute

dispute with VCCB by following the instructions on our website www.vccb.co.za.

On receipt of the dispute the consumer will be supplied with a reference number and we may request
further supporting documents. *(Minimum requirements are an ID Copy, Proof of Address of
Consumer, Contact Details of Consumer and a Power of Attorney, if request is lodged by a 3rd party).
Failure to provide the correct supporting documents timeously might delay processing.

Please allow 20 business days for us to resolve the dispute. During this time, we will contact the
supplier of the disputed data for credible evidence. If we don’t receive credible evidence from the
supplier by the expiry of the 20 business days, the dispute will be resolved in favour of the consumer,
however, should the supplier provide credible evidence in support of the disputed data, we will be
obligated to reload the data onto your profile after the 20 business days have lapsed.
