The Lazy Princess

Author

Once upon a time, in a bright and colourful

kingdom, there lived a princess named Elara.
Princess Elara was known for one thing: she
was very, very lazy. Every day, she would lie
on her soft, fluffy bed and stare at the ceiling.
She would say, “Why walk when I can just
roll?”

Elara had many chores to do. Her room needed

cleaning, her garden needed watering, and her
royal clothes needed folding. But instead of
doing these tasks, she would call for her
helpers. “Someone else can do it!” she would
giggle as she snuggled deeper into her blankets.

One sunny morning, the king announced a big festival in the kingdom.
Everyone was excited! There would be games, music, and delicious food!
But when Princess Elara heard about it, she yawned and said, “I’ll just
stay in bed.”
As the festival began outside her window,
Elara heard laughter and cheers. She peeked
outside and saw all her friends having fun
without her. Suddenly, she felt lonely and sad.
“I want to join them!” she thought.

With a deep breath, Princess Elara jumped out of

bed for the first time in ages! She quickly dressed
and ran outside. To her surprise, everyone
welcomed her with open arms! They played
games together and danced under the sun.

From that day on, Princess Elara learned that being active and helping
others made her happier than lying around all day. She started helping
with chores and joined in on fun activities every day!

The story of Princess Elara teaches us that being lazy can make us miss
out on fun adventures! It’s important to be active and help others so we
can enjoy life together!
