This unit addresses the unit standard: Apply workplace essential skills

Duration of Unit: 30 hours

Unit Description
This unit of competency has been designed for people who wish to enter paid
employment or self-employment in a variety of contexts. It specifies the competencies
required to: Follow principles of work ethics; Resolve conflict with others;
Demonstrate effective speaking and listening skills; Read and interpret work
document; Interact with team members; and Perform individual role in a team.
