1-International Schools
Company Name: Misr for educational management
Company Link: N/A
Brief: A company owned by the Egyptian government specialized and dedicated to
run and manage the Nile Egyptian Schools in Egypt.
Description: The group of schools NiES owned and managed by the client were 29 schools
all over the governorates of ARE, and all schools was running according to the
British curricula with an accreditation from Cambridge Education Systems.
The client was in need for adapting and meeting the system requirements as
stated by the accreditation body to gain accreditation.
Result: AY – advice alliance designed the management system of the schools and
stated the needed processes- procedures and TORs in order to meet the
accreditation body requirements.

Brief: A company is a private sector firm specialized and dedicated to run and
manage the Nile Egyptian Schools in Egypt.
Description: The company owns a group of 3 international schools in Cairo, Red Sea, and
Assiut governorate in ARE.
The client was in need for adapting and meeting the system requirements as
stated by the accreditation body to gain accreditation.
Result: AY – advice alliance designed the management system of the schools and
stated the needed processes- procedures and TORs in order to meet the
accreditation body requirements.

Brief: A private sector firm for the educational service in KSA.
Description: The company owns a group of 16 international and national schools in KSA,
and according to the ministry of Education in KSA, a specialized management
system of the group of schools was a must to be designed an implemented in
place to sun the business
Result: AY – advice alliance designed the management system of the schools and
stated the needed processes- procedures and TORs in order to meet the
accreditation body requirements.
Raised admission rate of the schools with a percentage of 100% capacity within
the 2nd year of starting the business.

Company Name: Aman & Safety Group

Brief: This client is ranked number 2 in ARE in producing vehicles windshield and
rare windows, both laminated and security, with a variety of brands and models
starting from 1996 till 2021
Description: The group of manufacturer factories consist of 4 differently located plants, all
with a separate management system, as well quality monitoring and evaluation
systems, this leads to a very sophisticated management approaches in dealing
with the personnel – clients and benefits of the work target of the project was
to unify the management system of the group.
Result: Gaining the accreditation of the systems of the group
Raising the ranking of the group with the local clients to excellence

3-Daliha Factory
Company Name: Dahlia for manufactured agriculture products

Brief: The client was dealing with a core of the flowery plants , re-processing the
nectar and the core fragrance in order to be imported to the most reputable
perfume manufacturers in Europe
Description: The client with a + 15 Yrs of experience was dealing with a variety of products,
and a world class clients , however the lack of managing system especially a
technical one for the agriculture safety was the main concern
Result: AY – advice alliance supported the client with the needed technical and training
needs in order to apply a pre-tailored system in place.

4-Manafez

Brief: A private sector company located in KSA, specialized in trading, exporting and
distribution of dates.
Description: The clients was in need to apply a food safety management system, in order to
gain local and external markets for distributing its products.
Result: An integrated quality and food safety management system was designed in
place, and the company rate of expansion was raised to the double

Brief: A private sector holding company owning a group of 22 subsidiaries located in
KSA, working the in field of health care services, trade , education management
system
Description: The holding company with a group of inner 22 companies were in need for a
governing system for the group in order to connect benefits of all the
companies for the benefit of the holding company
Result: The re-structure project, as well for the management system of quality,
optimization and orientation was implemented in place.
