-A classroom is where kids learn and grow. To help them do that, teachers
need to make the classroom a nice place to be. That's where routines come
in - they're like a plan that helps everyone know what to expect each day.

Routines are more than just being organized. They make kids feel safe and
comfortable, so they can focus on learning instead of worrying about what's
going to happen next.

When the day starts, the teacher greets everyone and makes sure everyone
is there. They also tell the kids what they'll be learning that day. Then they
do a quick exercise to get everyone energized and ready to learn.

During the day, the teacher uses signals to let kids know when it's time to
change activities. This helps keep things organized and prevents distractions
so kids can stay focused. At the end of the lesson, the teacher goes over
what everyone learned and gives kids a chance to ask questions.

There are also special routines that teach kids how to be respectful and work
together. They learn to raise their hands to speak, listen carefully to each
other, and be kind when they're moving around the classroom.

By using these routines, teachers make the classroom a place where

everyone feels welcome and supported. It's like a team working together to
learn and have fun! When kids feel safe and know what to expect, they're
more likely to learn and grow.
