the process.
Application to Partnered Universities if the student's requirements must.
Scholarship WILL NOT BE OFFERED BASED ON International English Language Testing System (IELTS) but it will be offered
depending on high merits but not all.
NO Application fee is required.
Duration of processing the offer letter takes 21-27 working days (Sunday-Friday AUSTRALIA'S Working Schedule).
Upon receiving a conditional offer, a student is required to submit financial documents for Genuine Temporary Entrant
(GTE) Clearance.
Student Visa/GTE Checklist Documents need to be Scanned in PDF format (Each file Maximum size 5 MB) Student's Details
• Birth Certificate for applicant and dependents (if any)
• All Educational Certificates and Transcripts (All together in 1 PDF)
• IELTS Certificate
• Scanned colour copy of all pages of all passports (including previous) for the applicant and dependent (if any)
• SOP and GTE Declaration for student (Please develop a statement of purpose as instructed by the counsellor)
• Police Clearance Certificate (applicant and any adult dependent)
• Parent's NID (either a national ID card or colour photocopy of passport's information page)
Sponsor's Documents
(If the sponsor owns a business)
• Trade License Business
• Business Account Statement/ Salary Statement Income
• Tax Return (Last 2 years)
• Income Tax Certificate
• Business association certificate or letter and visiting card.
• Few Sales/Purchase Receipt Copies/Order Receipt (if needed)
• Business Premises/Factory/Shop Electricity Bill.
• Memorandum of article (Limited Co.)
(If the sponsor Works as a service holder)
• Employment certificate from current employer.
• Job Certificate from a past employer.
• Pay Slip/ Salary Statement (Last 6 months).
• Visiting card.
• Last two years' tax paid certificate with assessment.
(If the sponsor is a landlord)
• Ownership deed (Translated + Notary if, not in English)
• Rental Agreement from Renee or Caretaker (Translated + Notary if, not in English) Rentee’s Identification &
Electric Bill Copy OR Caretaker's Identification.
• National ID card. /Smart card (Translated + Notary)
• Rent reflection in the Bank.
• Agriculture certificate from Ministry (Regular Income) & Bank Reflection.
***Aside from the above-mentioned documents, please provide the following:
• Financial declaration from Sponsor/Financial Affidavit) & Property Evaluation (From CA Firm)
• All Bank Account Statements-up to date with Solvency Certificate
• All source-related evidence paper photocopy (with FDR and Shonchoypotro photocopy)
• If sponsors are from Australia or New Zealand A statutory declaration is required (Must Notary/Justice of Peace).
• Proof of Relationship (if sponsors are brother, sister, uncle, or aunt)
• Source of Fund (Land Sale/ Other positions of asset’s sale as proof of the money kept in the FDR/Banks)
**All Bangla documents must be English Translation with a Bangla photocopy attached (Notarized)
All Universities require Tuition Deposit (AUD 1st Semester which is refundable upon refusal of VISA) to receive Letter of
Acceptance (LOA) which needs to be paid within a week of receiving LOA to avoid any delays.
After the payment of tuition deposit & purchasing oversea student health cover (OHSC) you will be provided with the
confirmation of enrolment (COE). Students are then required to prepare visa application:
