Have evaluated different CRMs for FFP and have implemented and enhanced Crane FFP system and SME program in Kingfisher Airlines. Have played a role in migrating CRIS (FFP system for Skywards, Jet Airways, Air Asthana, and Philippines Airlines) from Oracle D2K to .Net I have worked on Frequent Flyer, SME, Reservation Ticketing, Checkin and Departure Control Systems, Fuel Management, Crew Scheduling, Cargo and Revenue accounting systems.
