like 32 applicant calling me which i never reply some of them,it’s not comfortable for me coming
down there to show everyone one by one ans that’s why it’s online processing if your application is
approved we schedule a time meet and you can check what ever you wanted to you see if your are
interested then you can sign the lease agreement and I handover the keys to you right there.

now so I can complete it and get the lease agreement ready once I get the lease done I will send it
to you so you can also check it and get it printed out and sign on it

number,house address and my social security number,so the deposit is required

You don’t have any issue dealing with me you’re with the right owner of the property so once your
application form seems satisfied you will receive an approval letter on your email address so we can

don’t joke with my reputation once you keep your promise by keeping the house clean and neat at

I work 1hr 56mins to the property so I have to get the paperwork ready then come along with the

I’m saying this because I put my self in your shoe,am also an human being like you and we have the

if i were to come and meet everyone who's interested did you know how many times I will be moving
there per day and some doesn't even the manner of approaching,I also have a kids and I can't hurt

I don't blame your skepticism because if I were to be in your shoes I will definitely think the same
way,because someone I haven't meet asking me to send money over the phone I will also think the
same way you think.

And the reason is because there are many scammers out there trying to take advantage of people
who are deeply looking for a home,but I can't force anyone to rent from me because I know you can
never get to the house and said you're not interested anymore, never because I prefer to spend my
last card on the house to make look nice and good than spending lavishly and leave my house
unclean

I don't really do credit check because If you ask 100 people 60 doesn't have a good credit and
between those 60 that doesn't have a good credit 50 of them will be good people because they
won't like anything to affect them again while trying to fix the credit,I have pass through such a
situation and I know how they feels when they're trying to fix the credit so i will never check credit I
just need someone who's going to take care of the property like he or she owns it,I have for once
rent it for free to a lady from Florida when she lost her husband in 2021 and she was trying to tell
me that she will pay with her body so I told her that I'm not that type of person and I told her not to
worry she stay there for free for 5 months till she get a good job and travel to Iowa

She can never forget me in her history that's how life goes,sometimes everything is not money you
have to help who doesn't have from what you have I live alone with my kids for 5 years but it's not
convenient for me because of my work so I took them to my mothers sorry telling you all this,I'm just
emotional right now because I see you're really in need of this property and it's not that you don't
want to send the money because you really tried and I understand you so that's why i keep saying
you can pass because I don't want you to see me as a bad person,and I'm sorry if I ever sound rude
