I.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

E&B Foodstuff is a food business which offers consumables like


snacks, bakery items and canned goods. E&B Foodstuff is built with
the idea of solving the problem about high-quality taste food
product and affordability. The business would not only sell products
but also render services such as “paluto”.
My mother and I started our business by selling fresh lumpia,
puto, kutsinta and embutido to have an extra income. I noticed that
our customers appreciated our products, the menu we are offering
has a very satisfying taste for its affordable price. As a result, we
are receiving repeat orders. The positive feedback of our customers
serves as our motivation to pursue this business. We decided to
produce more products and share a newfound/created dish to be
served at everyone's table.
The name “E&B Foodstuff” came from the first name of my
mother, Emma, who really loves to cook. She loves to create new
dishes with the available ingredients in our home to serve on our
table. And, my father, Buenaventura, who’s passionate about
business. “Foodstuff” means any substance that is used as food or
to make food.
E&B Foodstuff intends to begin its journey online. We will create
different social media platforms to establish a name and product
introduction. This online presence will help us promote our products
and services. Also, we are open for resellers.

II. COMPANY DESCRIPTION

E&B Foodstuff focuses on producing a new version of food


offered in the market with a high taste quality, providing service
through “paluto’ with affordable prices, and creating a tasty new
dish to be served at everyone’s table. E&B Foodstuff will offer
consumables like snacks, bakery items and canned goods. We aim
to serve and prepare high-quality and satisfying dishes.

III. MARKET ANALYSIS

E&B Foodstuff is a food business. We aim to provide a menu for


special occasions and, to serve food to those who have no time to
prepare the favorite delicacies for parties. Our target customers are
those people who have no time to prepare food that is served on
their table. In order for us to know them better, we conducted a
survey to find out their preferences, their opinions and the usual
food they prepare when they have a special celebration. Moreover,
we conducted a survey of our competitors to find out the quality of
their products, prices and the product and service they offer. As a
result, here is the competitive market analysis we gathered.

IV. ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

E&B Foodstuff staff comprises of our family members. Together,


as a family, we will help to make this business successful. We will
play a critical role in the successful operation of E&B Foodstuff. Our
team consists of the manager, cook, purchaser, sales and marketing
staff and delivery staff. And, in packaging the product, all of us will
help with it.

V. SERVICE AND PRODUCT LIST

E&B Foodstuff will produce consumables like snacks, bakery


items and canned goods. For baked items, the products to sell are
cakes, brownies, and banana cake. For canned goods, we have
chicken pastil, bagoong, and adobong gizzard. And for the snacks,
we have different combos offered like Bicol Express Pasta with garlic
bread, Fresh Lumpia with its signature sauce, Spaghetti Bolognese
with brownies and many more.
Moreover, we will accept “paluto”. We have spaghetti bolognese,
pancit guisado, palabok, bicol expresss pasta, cheese puto ala
goldilocks, kutsinta, fried chicken, and lumpia shanghai. Here is the
price for the “paluto”.
The estimated shelf-life of the canned goods is 21 days at room
temperature. For the baked items, it will last for 2 weeks if
refrigerated. And, for the snacks it needs to be consumed
immediately.

E&B Foodstuff will create different social media accounts like FB
page, Tiktok, and Instagram to establish a name and product
introduction. This online presence will foster convenience and
accessibility to promote our business. People can effortlessly
explore and engage with the various products and services offered.

b. Food Exhibit

E&B Foodstuff will attend the food exhibit to showcase our


products and services to a wide audience. This is a great
opportunity to feature our products and services. We can also have
some free taste for them to experience the taste of our proudly
created tasty foods.

c. Partnership
E&B Foodstuff will extend their service through resellers. This will
create another opportunity to extend the distribution of products.

Startup Capital
The funds for our startup capital would come from savings. The
estimated startup capital is P10,000.00. This will be the break
analysis.

Return of Investment
In the first year, our profit-sharing plan will be 20/30/50. 20% of
the profit will be saved to use as capital for the new product, 30%
will be saved to get back the capital, and 50% will be divided
equally for each member of staff. Once the capital is returned, the
profit sharing will be 20/70 wherein 20% will be saved to use for
new product and 70% will be divided equally for each member of
staff.
