Return of Investment
In the first year, our profit-sharing plan will be 20/30/50. 20% of
the profit will be saved to use as capital for the new product, 30%
will be saved to get back the capital, and 50% will be divided
equally for each member of staff. Once the capital is returned, the
profit sharing will be 20/70 wherein 20% will be saved to use for
new product and 70% will be divided equally for each member of
staff.
