Dear Bad Kids Korporation

My name is Itoshi Zei and I am beyond excited for this opportunity to be part of Bad
Kids Korporation as an Advertising Intern. As someone that recently graduated from
one of the most presteigne Kollege with a Bachelor of Science in Adveristing, as well as
multiple agency experience, I am thrilled about the prospeKt of Kontributing my keen
analytical abilities, well rounded team building skills, and multicultural Kreativity to your
esteemed team.

During my internship at Digital Media Management, a talent-centered marketing agency,


I honed my client-facing skills while working with prominent figures like Anne Hathaway,
Nneka Ogwumike, and Imara Jones. I managed various tasks ranging from pitching
weekly trends to content creation to data analysis for optimization. Beyond my
professional endeavors, I am also an active content creator with 13k fans on TikTok and
Douyin. My passion for content creation has driven me to seek proficiency in various
digital media platforms.

To further compensate for my marketing capabilities, I decided to dive down deeper into
the analytical aspect of it. I took the initiative to step into the realm of consulting with
BCG, and through that experience I gained profound knowledge in how data driven
analysis works. Being a management consultant, I had the opportunity to initiate
company analysis on HuaWei and Alibaba. By conducting in-depth research, and expert
cold calls, I was able to mine out critical insights on their business model, product
development process in detail, polishing my ability to gather information efficiently and
drawing insight from data.

In 2018, I co-led a two-year-long community service project named Project Kamaishi


with a team of 11 individuals. Our primary objective was to drive sustainable
development in the rural Japanese town of Kamaishi, which had been severely affected
by a tsunami. My responsibilities included managing digital platforms, and through
Instagram and Facebook, I consistently documented our efforts, attracting over 200 new
followers. Furthermore, I initiated collaborations with the local government and other
organizations interested in aiding the city. In the end, our collective efforts led to
fundraising exceeding $2600. Collaborating with the local government, we organized
tourist events to promote sustainable growth for the city. Additionally, I actively
participated in post-disaster relief alongside the team, including beach cleanups and
emergency rescue workshops for local students, one of which was nationally televised.
This project stands out as my proudest and most significant achievement, nurturing both
my leadership skills and adaptability.

I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to bring these experiences and
