GENERAL GUIDELINES:
• Open to all students irrespec�ve of their branches and year.
• Team should consist of 2 members.
• Team must be registered through the provided link.
• This event consists of three rounds, a�er every round there will
elimina�on of par�cipants, only selected ones are allowed to par�cipate

• Par�cipants must maintain respec�ul behaviour; any viola�on of the

EVENT FORMAT:
Round 1: Quiz
Time Limit: [30] minutes
1. Format: Mul�ple-choice ques�ons (MCQs).
2. Topics: Cover various technical topics, logical and general topics
related to all engineering branches.
3. Number of Ques�ons: 25 ques�ons.
4. Scoring: 1 mark for each correct answer, no nega�ve marking.

Round 2: Logo Iden�fica�on


Time Limit: [30] minutes
1.Format: Logos of various technology companies, startups, or
organiza�ons or others will be given.
2.Task: Iden�fy the company or organiza�on associated with each logo.
3.Number of Logos: 15 logos.
4.Scoring: 5 marks for each correct iden�fica�on.

Round 3: Famous Iden��es and Inven�ons


Time Limit: [30] minutes
1.Format: Images of famous internet personali�es.
2.Task: Iden�fy the person and their notable contribu�on to the field.
3.Number of Iden��es: 15 iden��es.
4.Scoring: 5 marks for correct iden�fica�on of their names, 5 marks for
correct iden�fica�on of their achievement.

• This is a group event containing maximum of 3 par�cipants.
• This event consists of a single round where a problem statement is given
which has to be solved within 2 hours.
• An extra 1 hour is allocated for a Ques�on & Answer (Q&A) session, where

i. Why they have chosen par�cular approaches in their solu�on.
ii. What alterna�ve methods could have been used to solve the
problem.

ELIGIBILITY:
• Students from any branch are allowed to par�cipate.
• Technical and non-technical students can par�cipate.

• Crea�vity and problem-solving skills are key—thinking outside the box is
encouraged!

i. Each team can have a maximum of 3 par�cipants.

i. Problem statement will be provided at the beginning of the event.
ii. Teams must analyze, strategize, and implement their solu�on
within the given �me.

• Time Dura�on:
i. 2 hours are allocated for solving the problem.
ii. 1 addi�onal hour is reserved for the Ques�on & Answer (Q&A)
session.

• Q&A Session:
A�er submission, each team will par�cipate in a Q&A session
where they will explain:
i. Why they chose a par�cular approach in their solu�on.
ii. What alterna�ve methods could have been used.
iii. Judges will evaluate the clarity, logic, and feasibility of their
responses.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:


• General Guidelines:
i. Par�cipants must bring their own laptops.
ii. Internet access will be provided by the organizers.
iii. Par�cipants are responsible for their own laptops—organizers will
not be held liable for any technical issues or damages.

• Coding Constraints:
i. Website should not be built using any of low code or no code tools
or website builders.
ii. Par�cipants can use only a text editor (VS Code, JetBrains IDEs,
Notepad++, Sublime Text, etc.),

• Evalua�on Criteria:
i. Higher preference will be given to par�cipants whose webpage or
func�onality executes successfully.
ii. In case of a �e in the func�onality of crea�ng a web design,
submission �me and Q&A will be considered.

JUDGING CRITERIA:
• Functionality & Execution (40%) – The website/web application should
work without errors and meet the given problem statement
requirements.
• Design & User Experience (30%) – The website should be visually
appealing, well-structured, and user-friendly. Proper use of HTML, CSS,
JavaScript and others will be considered.
• Creativity & Innovation (20%) – Unique, visually engaging designs,
interactive elements, and innovative features will be rewarded.
Participants are encouraged to think outside the box and implement
creative solutions.
• Robustness & Responsiveness (10%) – The solution should handle edge
cases, unexpected inputs, and be responsive across different screen sizes.

arguments and counterarguments.

i. Opening Statements – Each speaker presents their argument (3


minutes).
ii. Rebutals – Teams challenge the opponent’s stance (3 minutes).
iii. Cross-Ques�oning – Opposing teams ask direct ques�ons (3
minutes).
iv. Closing Remarks – Final summary and impact statement (1
minute).

• Topics will be provided 30 minutes before the round to test quick


thinking and argument-building skills.

• Teams will be evaluated based on content strength, rebutal


effec�veness, delivery clarity, and teamwork. Judges' decisions are final.

• Speakers must follow the given �me limits for their speeches.

• No interrup�ons are allowed while a speaker is talking


(except for Points of Informa�on in some formats).
JUDGING CRITERIA:

• Content (40%) – Strength of arguments and evidence.

• Style (20%) – Clarity, confidence, and persuasion.

• Strategy (40%) – How well the team structures arguments and


responds to opponents.

EVENT OVERVIEW:
• Each team consists of 2-4 members or individual, ac�ng as a startup
founding team. Teams must develop and pitch a startup idea which
should be unique and non-implemented.
• Simula�on Structure:
i. Idea�on Phase – Teams brainstorm and outline their startup
concept.
ii. Business Model Development – Define revenue streams,
market strategy, and feasibility.
iii. Pitching Round – Teams present their startup to a panel of
judges (5-7 minutes).
iv. Q&A & Evalua�on – Judges challenge ideas with real-world
scenarios.
• Themes & Problem Statements: Teams can either choose from
predefined industry challenges (AI, IoT, sustainability, etc.) or
propose their own innova�ve solu�ons.
• Judging Criteria: Evalua�on will be based on innova�on, feasibility,
market poten�al, presenta�on quality, and financial planning.
Judges will test the startup’s viability through tough Q&A rounds.
• Each startup must present an original business idea or product.
• The idea should be feasible, scalable, and innova�ve.

PITCHING GUIDELINES:
• Each team gets a fixed �me (e.g., 3-5 minutes) to present
their pitch.
• A Q&A session with judges follows the pitch (usually 2-3

model, and team.
• Use of visuals (slides, prototypes, demos) is encouraged.

EVENT OVERVIEW:
• Robo Race is an exci�ng compe��on where autonomous or manually
controlled robots navigate a specially designed track filled with obstacles,
ramps, and turns.
• The objec�ve is to complete the track in the shortest possible �me while
avoiding penal�es.
• Speed, control, and precision are key to winning the race.

ELIGIBILITY:
• Open to all the students of any programme or year.
• Each team can have a maximum of 4 members.
• Each team is allowed only one robot for the race.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
• Teams must register online before the deadline through the official
website.
• Registra�on fee: ₹200/- per team.
• Par�cipants must submit robot specifica�ons during registra�on.

EVENT FORMAT:
• Track & Race Rules:
o The track will feature turns, inclines, speed breakers, and obstacles
to test control and speed.
o Robots must stay within the track boundaries; going off-
track may result in penal�es.
o Teams can restart in case of technical failure, but a �me
penalty will apply.
• Rounds & Scoring:
o Preliminary Round: Teams compete to qualify for the finals based
on speed and accuracy.
o Final Round: The fastest robot with the least penal�es wins.
o In case of a �e, a re-race or an obstacle challenge will determine
the winner.

ROBOT SPECIFICATIONS:
• Dimensions:
o Maximum Size: Up to 15 cm × 15 cm × 15 cm (L × W × H) (small
varia�ons are acceptable).
o Weight Limit: Between 1.5 kg and 3 kg (including batery).
• Power Supply:
o The robot must be powered only by bateries.
o Voltage Limit: Maximum 12V allowed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:


• General Guidelines:
o Par�cipants must ensure their robot meets the given
specifica�ons.
o Any external assistance during the race will lead to
disqualifica�on.
o Any damage to the track by the robot will result in penal�es.
• Penalty System:
o Going off-track: Time penalty applied.

• Respect for all musical styles and disciplines is encouraged to

• Total Duration: Each team gets 15 minutes, including setup and

• Setup Time: Teams must complete their setup within the first 2–3
minutes.
• Performance Time: The actual singing performance should last 10–
12 minutes.

• Team must choose songs from the following forms: Classical, Semi-
Classical, Folk, Patriotic, or Devotional.
• Film songs are strictly not allowed.
• There are no language restrictions – you can perform in any Indian
regional language or Hindi.

participation.

• Team must use live instrumental accompaniment or perform a


cappella.
• Electronic instruments are allowed but should not overpower
vocals.
• Pre-recorded tracks are strictly not allowed. Only live music is
permitted during the performance.

➢ The dance form can be either folk or tribal(Indian style) but not
classical or western form.
MUSIC:
➢ Pre-recorded music in mp3 formate to be submitted in a pendrive at
the reporting time to the event incharge.
➢ Only Kannada songs are permitted.

COSTUMES AND PROPS:


➢ Emphasis on authentic costumes and props relevant to the
chosen folk dance form.
➢ The participating team will be entirely responsible for
removal of their sets,props etc…immediately after the
completion of their performance.

JUDGING CRITERIA:
➢ Authenticity of the dance form[30 marks].
➢ Technique and execution[30 marks].
➢ Costumes and props[30 marks].
➢ Rhythm and coordination[20 marks].
➢ Overall presentation and stage presence.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:
➢ No vulgarity or sensitive language.
➢ No portrayal of violence or sensitive issue in a derogatory
manner.
➢ No use of fire or hazardous materials.

PRIZES:
➢ First prize : Cash prize with certificate.
➢ Second prize : Cash prize with certificate.

EVENT OBJECTIVES:
• To provide a platform for talented dancers to showcase their expertise in classical
dance.
• To promote awareness and appreciation of Indian classical dance forms.
• To encourage the preservation of traditional art forms and promote the
rich heritage of Indian classical dance.
• To provide visually captivating and culturally enriching experience to the
audience.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
• Registration through Google Form link provided in the official website.
• Registration fee: 100/- per participant

EVENT FORMAT AND RULES:

• Dance Form: The classical dance can be from


any of the approved schools of dance such as
Bharat Natyam, Kathak, Manipuri, Kuchipudi
etc.

• Time Limit: Maximum 10 minutes.

• Music: Pre-recorded music in MP3 format is to


be submitted in a pendrive at the reporting time
to the event incharge.

• Costumes and Makeup: Emphasis on authentic


costumes and makeup relevant to the chosen classical
dance forms.

• Props: Props can be used at participants own risk.


JUDGING CRITERIA:
• Technique and Execution (e.g., footwork, Hand Gesture, Facial
Expression) - 40%
• Rhythm and Tempo (e.g., Taala, laya) – 20%
• Costume and Makeup – 20%
• Overall presentation and stage presence – 20%

• First prize: Medal with Certificate.
• Second prize: Medal with Certificate.
• Participation certificates will be awarded to all participants.
