‭ his‬ ‭guide‬ ‭provides‬ ‭step-by-step‬ ‭instructions‬ ‭to‬ ‭install‬ ‭Raspberry‬ ‭Pi‬ ‭OS‬ ‭on‬ ‭your‬ ‭system.‬

‭Raspberry‬ ‭Pi‬ ‭OS‬ ‭is‬ ‭a‬ ‭lightweight‬ ‭and‬ ‭optimized‬ ‭operating‬ ‭system‬ ‭designed‬ ‭specifically‬ ‭for‬
‭Raspberry Pi devices. Follow the steps below to complete the installation process:‬

‭Step 1‬‭: Download the Raspberry Pi OS.‬

‭1.‬ V
‭ isit the following link to download the Raspberry Pi OS Imager:‬

‭1.1 Click on‬‭Finish‬‭.‬

‭ ownload the Raspberry Pi OS file from this link:‬

‭Step 2: Install Raspberry Pi OS Using Raspberry Pi Imager‬

‭1.‬ ‭Open the Raspberry Pi Imager application.‬

2‭ .‬ C‭ onnect your SD card or USB drive to your PC.‬


‭3.‬ ‭In the Imager:‬
‭○‬ ‭Click on‬‭Choose OS‬‭and select‬‭Use Custom‬‭.‬
‭○‬ ‭Browse to the downloaded Raspberry Pi OS file and select it.‬
‭4.‬ ‭Click on‬‭Choose Storage‬‭and select the connected SD card or USB drive.‬

‭5.‬ ‭Go to‬‭Edit Settings‬‭:‬


‭○‬ ‭Set the hostname to your name and group number (e.g., "pratikA2").‬
‭○‬ ‭Set the password as "admin".‬
‭○‬ ‭Select‬‭Enable SSH‬‭.‬
‭○‬ ‭Save the changes.‬
6‭ .‬ C‭ lick‬‭Write‬‭to flash the OS onto the SD card/USB drive.‬
‭7.‬ ‭Click on‬‭Yes.‬

‭8.‬ ‭Click on‬‭Yes.‬


‭9.‬ ‭Wait for the process to complete, including verification.‬

‭Step 3: Enable SSH on the Raspberry Pi‬

1‭ .‬ A ‭ fter installation, remove and reinsert the SD card/USB drive into your system.‬
‭2.‬ ‭Navigate to the‬‭boot‬‭drive.‬
‭3.‬ ‭Create a text file named‬‭ssh‬‭(without any file extension).‬
‭Step 4: Install VNC Viewer‬

‭1.‬ V ‭ NC‬ ‭Viewer‬‭:‬ ‭Download‬ ‭and‬ ‭install‬ ‭VNC‬ ‭Viewer‬ ‭for‬ ‭remote‬ ‭desktop‬ ‭access‬ ‭from‬‭this‬
